Sadece akşam birkaç kez meyve ve çay sipariş ettim, bize getiren arkadaşın otelcilik konusunda çok fazla tecrübesi yoktu. Misafirlerle daha saygılı bir şekilde iletişim kurmaya biraz daha özen göstermeleri gerekiyor.

İkinci tercih için iyileştirme gerekir.
Pros:

Hijyen ve temizlik orta derecede idare eder, banyo WC’de tuvalet kâğıdı bitiyor ve ekleme yapılmıyor veya fazladan bulundurulmuyor. Personel saygılı, kahvaltı açık büfe ve zengin diyebilirim. Üç kişilik aile odasında üçüncü yatak daha konforlu seçilebilirdi, TV’nin çalışması ve kumanda hep sıkıntılıydı. Havalandırma ve klima aşırı sesli çalışıyor.
