Pros:

Todo estaba bien y el personal muy amable, La habitación se correspondia con lo que aparecia en las fotografias y estaba limpio.

Cons:

Estuve dos períodos consecutivos. En el primero las 7 noches que estuve no limpiaron ni asearon la habitación ni una sola vez. Tuve que pedir papel WC porque no entraban en la habitación a pesar de ser un hotel, no un aparthotel o apartamento. Luego en una posterior estancia de 3 días adicionales si lo hicieron. aunque una sola vez, es decir en total de las 10 noches que estuve limpiaron solo una sola vez, aparte de los 2 días de entrada en que si que estaba limpio..

Poměr cena výkon naprosto udělaní, když nečekáte nic extra a jde vám o to někde v klidu přespat :)
Pros:

Lokalita poměrně hezká s dobrým napojením do centra, i když poněkud daleko, ale s tím jsme počítali. Vybírali jsme hlavně díky blízkosti k Alexandra Palace. Personál hrozně moc milý a ochotný :) Na přespání po turistice naprosto dostačující a za super peníze.

Cons:

Ubytování je trošku zašlé, měli jsme trochu problém s proudem ve sprše a nefungoval stropní větrák, což teď při velmi horkých teplotách bylo trošku nepříjemné.

A decent hotel room
Pros:

My family stayed here since our original booking was unavailable and it was very late at night already. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even helping take the bags up to our room. It was nice to have a fresh shower right in the room, complete with towels.

Cons:

It was unbearably hot and there was not even a fan. There was a ceiling fan, but we could not figure out how to turn it on, despite trying every switch, pull cord, and the remote.

Nice and clean, parking was useful within a gated area. Staff were amazing

We had a room at the front of the property on the road which was very noisy especially as it was very hot and the window needed to be open.

We love it at the Forest House!
Pros:

We stay at Forest House 3-4 times a year because it is very near our daughter's house. We love the friendliness of the staff, the immaculate rooms, the parking, and the comfy beds. The only challenge is my husband's mobility issues and when I can book in plenty of advance notice, we are accommodated on the ground or first floor.

Cons:

It would be lovely if the windows opened a wee bit more on hot nights. I'm very grateful for the ceiling fans!

Bed Bug Infestation
Pros:

Staff were initially friendly and location was good for transport links in to London.

Cons:

The room we were first offered, was on the ground floor and the windows didn't lock. When we asked about this, we were offered a different room on the first floor which we accepted. Unfortunately when we went to bed, we soon realised that the bed was infested with bed bugs (there were many bugs of different sizes). Obviously we couldn't stay under those circumstances, so we ended up leaving and driving home in the middle of the night. We were not offered alternative accommodation or a refund at this time. We immediately sent an email to the hotel explaining the situation and asking for a full refund. This was not answered. When we then phoned the hotel, we were met with excuses and evasion, and no apology was offered. A full refund was also refused. Only when we contacted Booking.com did the hotel eventually apologise for the inconvenience and finally issued a full refund.

The staff member who checked us in was lovely, helpful, and explained everything clearly. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with heating, a fan, TV, fridge, safe, and plenty of storage. The bathroom was great, with a spacious shower. The heating worked perfectly when we needed it, and the bed was really comfortable and good quality.

Cons:

As I’m a light sleeper, I found the bottom floor quite noisy at night due to traffic. Also, some beds are low down – worth noting if anyone has a bad back, though this wasn’t an issue for us.
