The hotel manager made everything easier.
Pros:

The hotel manager is really welcoming and helpful. She provided excellent recommendations for food and transport.

Cons:

I personally prefer firm mattresses.

Nightmare at hotel
Pros:

I did not like anything at all

Cons:

Rooms are very small Towels were dirty. There was no information about facilities and no phone extension in room to contact reception and make enquiries. No air-conditioning and fan in room was not working. We expected breakfast when we booked but only to learn at the hotel there was none. I would not come back any time in my life

Great Location for Tottenham Stadium Events!
Pros:

Location close to Tottenham Stadium

Cons:

Main centre light wasn't working but wasn't too much of an issue as ceiling lights were working

Pros:

Secure parking at £10 per day, lovely, friendly staff, fantastic in room as it was very hot, 10% discount at the lovely (and value for moneyalready) nearby cafe. Easy to get to and good location for tube station, shops, bars.

Pros:

Really friendly staff, easy to park at the property. Rooms are a good size and were very clean. It was a 20 minute walk to Bounds Green tube station so not too far.

Bed bugs infestation. Horrid. Would have been better off sleeping rough.

Other than the lady who greeted us and showed us to our room. None of it. Horrid.

Cons:

Bed bugs infestation on the mattress and complete lack of care. They admitted to just replacing the mattress we slept on. Implying we’d brought the creatures with us. Also essentially admitted they replace the mattress likely because they knew they had an issue.

They should’ve had professional guidance on what to do.

Complete joke.

Weekend Trip for a Concert
Pros:

The lady who checked us in was really friendly and chatty! Loved that there was a fridge in room and they provided a fan for the room which was a blessing for a 31 degree day! Had a great night's sleep, the lady told us when we checked out that it was new beds so they have been updating their beds. We were visiting for a concert at Alexandra Palace which is a comfortably-paced 40 minute walk away. Lots of shops nearby for picking up snacks etc. Pretty easy to get into London from nearby Palmers Green station.

Cons:

The room didnt have bedside tables on either side which wasnt great during the night. Booking.com says the room comes with a hairdryer but it doesnt, you have to ask for it. The bathroom had the shower almost above the toilet which was weird but I understand needing to use the space you have.
