Excellent stay in Tokyo.
Pros:

The hotel was close to multiple subway stations. The breakfast had good mix of both traditional and conventional food. There is an attached Lawson convenience store to get water, snacks and bakery item.

The towels were changed every day. It has three elevators and 14 floors. The hotel is in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

It is close to several attractions and a 10 mins walk to Tokyo towers.

Tutto perfetto.
Personale gentilissimo. Appena arrivato ho avuto un problema con la valigia e la ragazza della reception mi ha subito aiutato a risolverò parlando lei in giapponese con l’operatore telefonico.
La stanza ottima. Pulizia super. Disponibilità di mini kit personali nella reception, insieme a un Locker veramente utile. Posizione ottima perché vicino alla metro circa 10’ di camminata.

We really like the hotel.
Pros:

Very nice hotel. The room was small, but very comfortable and perfectly clean. Excellent breakfasts. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional. It was very convenient that we could check the availability of the washing machines on the TV.

For it's level, quite comfortable, location great but it's not cheap, may have to compare options.
Pros:

It's my second stay. Location is very good, easy walk less than 10mins to catch metro to either Haneda or Narita. The hotel also has 2 station for options: Daimon or Onarimon, depending on which line you want to take. And a bit further walk to Hamamatsucho station will give you another option for Yamanote line or JR connection. Room is clean, bed and pillow are comfortable, amenities are sufficient. Lawson is just down right next to hotel lobby (they have connecting door!).

Cons:

(1) They are super strict on timing, though not a surprise, it's Japan after all. I booked 1 night single room continued with 3 nights double room, but they insisted I have to check out by 11am and leave the luggage on storage until 3pm before I can check in to my next room. (2) The single and double room also almost similarly small, very cramp bathroom, but again, this is not a luxury hotel in Japan, so this is a known fact. (3) Not soundproof at all, some guests would stay up and may annoy your sleep unfortunately (4) water temperature was good on higher floor, but not quite in 4th floor.

Pros:

Location very convenient for getting the metro in from Haneda airport, and also good for travellling to other districts. Walking distance to Tokyo Tower. We stayed for 8 nights; the room was a bit small (normal for Tokyo), but we were only in it for sleeping. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff were all friendly, and helpful with check in.
