Pros:

Hotel très propre, fonctionnel, bien placé (10mn à pied de Hamamatsucho), petit déjeuner très complet et de bonne qualité. Un bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Rien de rédhibitoire, chambres toujours un peu petites comme dans tous les hôtels

Comoda e pratica.
Pros:

Stanza piccola ma con tutto il necessario. Ottima posizione, comoda anche per prendere la metro e il treno.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto il supermarket con accesso diretto dall’hotel.

Pros:

Si torno al Japó, m’hi tornaria a allotjar. És un hotel amb una bona relació qualitat-preu, amb habitacions de mida correcta, netes i funcionals.

Cons:

Com a punt negatiu, no disposa de vestíbul ni de cap zona comuna on poder seure al vespre. A l’entrada només hi ha uns petits bancs.

Fits the expectations. Great price-value ratio for a few nights, one of the cleanest rooms according to my experience. Traditional Japanese breakfast selection. Nice and helpful staff.

Cons:

Personally I didn't have any problem with the size of the room, I was travelling light, but two suitcases can hardly fit inside without blocking the way.

Pros:

The convivence store next door was ORGANIC and carried EVERYTHING a traveler would need. I was very grateful. The ON-SITE LAUNDRY Room was also very helpful. This hotel is obviously newer and DOES NOT SMELL LIKE SMOKE, like alot of the older/more established hotels in Tokyo. I stayed in 4 hotels in Tokyo (due to biz travel, personal travel, event travel) and this one was the best budget hotel. (the Westin & Tokyo Marriott are considered nicer hotels but those smell like cigarettes in the rooms)

Pros:

Daily breakfast was amazing, room was very nice and all you need for a shorter stay. Best thing is the location - close to multiple train lines and easy to get anywhere in the city. Staff were excellent and the room was clean.

Cons:

The room was on the smaller side, but still very reasonable for the price. The bathroom was tiny and difficult to move in, but it did have a bath tub, which was a nice bonus.

Pros:

Une hôtel très propre et extrêmement bien positionné. Pour moi c’est le point clef du voyage, ici l’emplacement est idéal. Nous somme à côté de plusieurs supérettes et les stations de métro sont vraiment proche. De plus le quartier est très calme et juste à côté de la Tokyo tower. Et vous trouverez des machines à laver et distributeurs à même l’hôtel.

Pros:

街も落ち着いた雰囲気、いろんな路線にアクセス可能で便利な立地であること

Cons:

バスルームの扉の下が空いてるタイプで、トイレの音がまる聞こえになること
