Excellent séjour
Pros:

Excellent hôtel 5 étoiles tout neuf et bien situé à proximité des principaux monuments historiques et de plusieurs des meilleurs restaurants. Accueil aimable. Impressionnant hall central avec deux beaux ascenseurs-capsules dorés. Chambres spacieuses, parfaitement insonorisées, avec des lits confortables, bien équipées avec rasoirs manuels, brosses à dents, fer et planche à repasser, bouilloire, sans oublier l'indispensable douchette de WC qui rend inutile l'anti-hygiénique et anti-écologique papier. Très bon buffet de petit déjeuner. Grande piscine extérieure avec transats. Piscine intérieure, sauna, hammam. Le hall de l'hôtel est équipé d'un distributeur de billets et d'une machine ATM, mais il vaut mieux changer ses devises dans une banque des environs.

Cons:

Les bouteilles d'eau "e-vita" fournies en chambre sont impossibles à ouvrir sans l'aide d'un couteau et 5 minutes d'efforts.
Lorsque le soleil ne brille pas, l'eau des deux piscines est très froide, sans doute à cause d'un renouvellement d'eau trop important.
Le personnel de la réception devrait avoir des billets de banque ouzbeks à disposition pour dépanner les clients ayant besoin de monnaie.

Could have been better if they train their staff more and they keep the prices like it should be for locals not like Lon

Location is good , rooms are alright and has all the facilities i needed

Cons:

The staff was not trained enough in my opinion lacking a special training for a Movenpick standard (shoupd be much faster service and more efficient)! I extended my stay and booked also two rooms with breakfast and one without breakfast and all the 3 rooms they put on my name and randomly my room they decided it doesn’t have breakfast (7004) so i spent 15 or 20 minutes waiting and checking with the receptionist and after they just refund me without apologies ! Wasted my time when i was really in a hurry to catch a train! And went hungry! Also i have to mention the prices at the bar are like in London and Paris and not prices like it should be in Samarkand and Tashkent (outside of the hotel normal prices)

Harika, gayet sorunsuz bir konaklamaydı.
Pros:

Personel güleryüzlü ve iletişimi güçlü kimselerdi. Otel tertemizdi. Hizmet kalitesi çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı çok iyiydi. Odanın genişliği ve frahlığı çok iyiydi. Odadaki nesneler çok iyiydi ve temizdi.

Sevmediğimiz bir şey olmadı.

Top Hotel - jederzeit wieder
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt strategisch super und wir waren in 10-15 min zu Fuß am Registan Platz. Das Zimmer hatte eine schöne und überdimensionierte Größe, war super ausgestattet. Auch das bad war to modern, sauber und hatte eine große Dusche.
Der Pool ist toll angelegt und super wichtig bei der Hitze, bei einer Reise in den Sommermonaten. Das Frühstück ist toll und super vielfältig. Der Style und die Aufmachung vom Hotel überzeugen. Wir waren rundum begeistert.

Cons:

Eine Familie, die ihre 5 Kinder absolut nicht im Griff hatte ( Kinder fassten sämtliche Angebote an und legten diese dann wieder zurück / schrieen und tobten im kompletten Frühstücksraum herum ), wurde leider nicht vom Persnonal in die Schranken gewiesen - das hätte ich bei einem Hotel dieses Standards erwartet.
