Disappointed because the service by and the establishment do not live up to the 5-star standing we expected.

We liked the location, the swimming pool service and facility, the breakfast, the building design.

Unfortunately, our stay did not live up to the 5-star standing we expected.

The welcome/check-in did not feel like a 5-star experience. The first room we were given was bare, with no decoration, and the view looked out over a synthetic turf rooftop — disappointing, especially since we had specified it was our honeymoon.

The bathroom itself was nice, but the toilet was awkwardly tucked behind the door, which limited access to the sink. There were also rust stains on the faucet, and the shower column was broken.

Finally, the restrooms on the first floor felt more like a public swimming pool facility than part of a 5-star hotel.

Overall, the service and the establishment did not match the standard we expected for this category of hotel.

Hotel de lujo 5 estrellas. Calidad Movenpick. Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Excelente ubicación en Samarcanda. Junto a los hoteles más importantes de la ciudad, avenidas amplias, zona Trabquila. Ubicado a 5 minutos de una las principales mezquitas y a unos 15 minutos andando del Registan. Con taxi Yandex Go, tardas 3 minutos y cuesta menos de 1€. Absolutamente maravilloso. Calidad 5 estrellas. Hotel muy moderno, habitaciones muy amplias, excelente decoración, camas comodisimas… un hotel lujo, por tanto poca explicación necesita. Atención del personal maravillosa. Solicite el check out un poco más tarde de las 12 y me lo aceptaron sin cargo. Piscina grandísima. Zona SPA, fabulosa, menos el Hamman que estaba fuera de servicio.. Un hotel 10.

Beautiful hotel with great service
Pros:

The attention and hospitality of the staff, from the moment we arrived. Special mention to Camilla the receptionist, whose service during check in was outstanding.
All the facilities are very classy, clean and just very comfortable to be in. Great outdoor pool.

Pros:

Отличный отель в центре города. Великолепный бассейн, утром людей не было вообще. У бассейна всегда чистые полотенца. Кафе на улице очень уютное с прекрасным дружелюбным персоналом. Однозначно буду рекомендовать эту гостиницу, соотношение цена/качество -класс!

Pros:

Posizione strategica.
La piscina quanto mai gradita visto le temperature.
Camere molto ampie e ben servite di tutto
