Pros:

Propreté et personnel très gentil et serviable

Cons:

Les lits doubles n'étaient pas prêts à notre arrivée, l'enregistrement en ligne très long, le pommeau de douche n'est pas réglable donc il faut le tenir à la main, les lits ne sont pas très grands et pas de chauffage dans la chambre (le matin il aurait été apprécié). Trop cher pour tout ça...

Cons:

Badezimmer war sehr kalt und der Heizkörper für die Badetücher funktionierte nicht. Ausstattung der Küche war sehr mangelhaft. Es hatte nur 2 verschiedene Teetassen. Es fehlten Kaffeetassen.

Äusserst kompliziertes Self Checking, keine Instruktion erhalten und nachträgliches Bezahlen der Städtesteuer auf äusserst kompizierte Art. Wer nicht Experte aug seinem Handy ist, hat keine Chance, Zutritt zum Hotel zu erhalten. Die telefonische Hotline war sehr verwirrend, hat Informationen auf eine falsche Handnummer verschickt und sprach äusserst schlechtes Englisch. Immerhin waren dir Räumlichkeiten soweit in Ordnung, dass ein Übernachten problemlos war, natürlich ohne Angebot für ein Frühstück

Pros:

Monolocale bello, arredi nuovi e funzionali, tutto pulito. Non abbiamo trovato una moka da caffè ma la signora ce ne ha procurato subito una. Vicino ai vari negozi e supermercati vari. Ottima posizione per fare il giro intorno al Lago Maggiore.
Nel cortile ci sono anche distributori per caffè e snack. Consigliatissimo!!!

Cons:

La nostra camera non aveva la tenda parasole sulla terrazza, ma probabilmente era in riparazione, perché era l’unica.

Pros:

Emplacement au pied du lac majeur, dans une zone artisanale. Spacieux. Balcon.

Cons:

Pas de reception, uniquement via WhatsApp. Obligation d'effectuer le check-un en ligne le jour de l'arrivée, sur la route... peu d'équipements (difficile de cuisiner avec une unique poêle de 10cm...). Mal configuré, l'appartement n'a pas été pensé pour y séjourner (chaises dangeureuses notamment).

Servizio vergognoso: ho chiesto come ricaricare l'auto elettrica e non hanno saputo rispondere, creandomi non poche difficoltà. Quando ho poi chiamato per farmi aprire il garage, ha risposto una persona non in grado di parlare l'italiano, che sostanzialmente ha messo giù.
