Sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Arena Hotellet und fühlten uns sehr willkommen.
Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

• Hat uns nicht gestört, aber es hatte eine kaputte Fussleiste und kaputte Fensterumrahmungen in Zimmer 623.

Bekvämt och fräscht hotell men skulle behöva bli mer flexibelt och anpassat för idrottare
Pros:

Helt okej frukostbuffé men kunde ha varit bättre påfyllt. Trevliga flerbäddsrum och bra med bäddfåtöljer. Perfekt hotell att bo på under idrottsevent/cuper då det är lättillgängligt, granne med IFU Arena och nära till shoppingcenter.

Cons:

Menyn i restaurangen bör anpassas så att det finns en enklare kvällsmeny för de som vill äta sen middag efter match/cup. Som det är nu verkar menyn vara för tidskrävande för köket att mäkta med sent på kvällen och vi fick vänta över 1 timme innan vi fick vår mat och då hade barnen nästan hunnit somna vid bordet. Arenahotellet känns som ett sporthotell som många idrottslag använder och då bör man även inrikta sig mot och anpassa sig efter idrottare. Att snabbt kunna servera exempelvis en köttfärssås och spaghetti, en hamburgertallrik och en sallad senare på kvällen skulle vara uppskattat. Hotellet skulle behöva vara mer flexibel när det gäller frukost och kaffeservering. Då många spelare har tidiga matcher kan det vara svårt att hinna med en frukostbuffé innan men att då kunna erbjuda en smörgås och en juice to-go innan match för att kunna få njuta av frukostbuffén efter match skulle vara otroligt uppskattat. Som det var nu fick man på nåder ta med sig en kaffe och så erbjöds man att köpa en dyr drickyoghurt eller smörgås i receptionen. Upplevde att personalen var trött och inte särskilt serviceminded.

Great value for money
Pros:

Hotel staff were friendly and flexible. Hotel room itself was quite spacious and tidy. There were variety of delicious foods at breakfast.

Cons:

Hotel rooms are not soundproofed and in Friday some Swedish teenagers were running around the hotel floors wildly and had no ears. We slept only couple of hours in that night. Otherwise the athmophere in the hotel was peaceful.

Toll und würden wir immer wieder buchen
Pros:

Schönes Hotelzimmer mit leckerem Frühstück.. Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft …kostenlos Kaffee oder Tee zur Selbstbedienung.. es gibt auch extra beim Frühstücksbuffet fùr Allergiker glutenfreies Brot vegane Margarine und pflanzliche Drinks als Ersatz für Milch sowie Sojajoghurt.. das war Mega für mich
