The pool, the staff, the location are lovely. Every time we come it's always wonderful.
The bed. Second time coming in hopes of being better, but just as last time it caused issues in my back. I think softer beds should be a good investment. Muscles relax in the wonderful thermal water and then the bed undoes it.
Amazing hotel , clean room, nice breakfast and great pool with warm mineral water,close to the town centre, supermarkets,cafes, restaurants.
The water in the swimming pool was warm.
The internet connection was down for a long time that is inconvenient for digital nomads.
Местоположението на хотел, точно срещу парка и близо до ресторанти и магазини. Персоналът беше любезен. Закуската обилна и вкусна. Красиво двирче има с маси за сядане. Лобито същи е много приятно и има вкусна лимонада, кафе и фреш. Стаите са просторни с тераса има и климатик и баня и тоалетна и телевизор. Спато е много чисто и поддържано, много чист басейн и вода. Парната баня и сауна та също бяха много чисти. Посетихме и фетнаса, приличен е може да се направи тренировка има дъмбели до 50кг., лежанка лост, лост за набиране.Чист въздух, приятен персонал, препоръчвам
Спалнята скърцаше, матрак беше неудобен, възглавници те също, диванът беше също скърцаше, но беше мек. Мебелите са за смяна. Това е единственото което не ни хареса...
Тихо и спокойно място. Изключително любезен персонал. Много чисто и комфортно в стаята. Има достатъчно консумативи - хавлии, течен шампоан и сапун. Препоръчвам Джуниър суит! Отделна спалня, втора тоалетна, много пространство и комфорт. Много удобни матраци! Големи тераси. Закуската е достатъчна. Басейнът - чист и топъл. Цената е добра за една прекрасна почивка. За вечеря- на 50 метра има много ресторанти и други заведения. Точно до парка и минералните извори. Благодарим за топлото посрещане!

Locatia chiar langa parc si micul dejun satisfacatoare. Piscina cu apa termala este mica, nu e pentru inot daca sunt mai multe persoane, dar apa calda vine direct din izvoare ceea ce este un mare avantaj.
Хотела е страхотен!Добро обслужване!Басейна чист и топъл! Няма ресторант за обяд и вечеря,но това не е проблем! Наблизо има ресторанти!
В деня на пристигането ни се развали помпата на минералния басейн.Мениджъра на хотела взе екстрени мерки, като на другия ден всичко бе в изправност /даже смениха водата,с температура 33 градуса по Целзий, на целия басейн/!!! За извинение ни предложиха плюс един ден престой за тяхна сметка и бутилка прекрасно българско вино!!!
Матрака на спалнята е за незабавна смяна.
