The hotel is perfectly situated for access to all sites in the Old Town.
Pros:

The situation was perfect. I could visit everything on foot and it was easy to return to the hotel at any time of day. The staff were particularly friendly and the room was comfortable and clean.

Pros:

SUPER friendly staff.
One of the staff members came with us to the room, showed how to use airconditioning and other digital systems. Helped us with the luggage. We got good advice where to go, what to do.
Room was large and stylish as was the bathroom.
Carparking was easy at the hotels own frontyard.
Location; in the middle of the city.

I had an excellent stay and would definitely return!
Pros:

The dining staff was excellent and went out of their way as did the desk staff helping with taxis and navigating the city.

Cons:

The directions for how to get to the hotel from the airport were a little confusing.

Hotel bastante bien ubicado en zona muy céntrica y bastante tranquila.
Muy buen desayuno.
Habitacion doble con sofá cama amplia

Cons:

Tenía nevera, caja fuerte y no mucho más.
Al ser como una habitación doble era grande pero dividida en dos.

Fabulous short stay in Zurich
Pros:

Location perfect very close to the main station and in middle of Old Town. Room quiet and comfortable. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast delicious. Would definitely recommend. There is a lovely outside terrace for breakfast or drinks in the evening. The hotel has a restaurant but it wasn’t open on the night we were there so can’t comment on that.

Nothing we can’t fault the hotel

Amazing stay in Zurich!
Pros:

Extremely friendly staff, most comfortable beds of our trip, tasty breakfast, and very walkable to and from the train station. Be sure to take advantage of the passes they have to visit the Kunst art museum. That museum was a highlight of our stay.
