Pros:

The staff was exceptionally accommodating. Breakfast was lovely. The room was comfortable and the complimentary tickets to the art museum was an extra bonus.

何度でも宿泊したいホテル！
Pros:

私の持っている接続ソケットが使えずレセプションの方に問い合わせをしたら、とてもしんせつにたいおうしてもらえました。何回も部屋とレセプションを往復して結局 ほてるのソケットを滞在中 貸してくださいました。

Cons:

特にないですが、しいて言うならスリッパがあると良かったです。

Great hotel for a short stay
Pros:

Lovely staff. The room was on the top floor and relatively sound proof from outdoor noises and was clean. Great location close to old town and restaurants.

Cons:

The shower was on the small side. Ok for me but for a bigger person they may find it challenging. The pillows weren’t great, could’ve been thicker as ended up with a sore neck and shoulders.

El personal extremadamente amable esforzándose por comunicarse en mi idioma, muy empaticos y encantadores. El desayuno muy completo. Lo que más destacó es el nivel de descanso, habitación muy silenciosa. Cerca de todo, 100% recomendable. Gracias!

Pros:

Ich hatte vorher die Bewertungen gelesen, daher wusste ich, was mich erwartet.
Habe das Zimmer aufgrund Klimaanlage gebucht, die war bei dieser Hitze auch notwendig und hat funktioniert.
Freundliches Personal, Zimmer war OK, Frühstück war OK.
Man konnte im Freien frühstücken (Wespen contra Hitze), wir war draussen lieber

Cons:

Man nahm sich sehr viel Zeit für die Gäste = ich musste länger warten bei der Ankunft in der doch recht heissen Lobby
Keine Handtücher/Duschmatte vorhanden, ich musste diese noch selber holen, ging wohl vergessen
Preis ist halt Zürich, knapp 200.- ist schon recht teuer für eine Nacht, normalerweise erhält man dann auch sep. Shampoo und Conditioner (hatte ich selbe dabei)
ich kam vom Bahnhof zu Fuss, das mit der Treppe habe ich nicht auf Anhieb korrekt interpretiert und mich noch verlaufen
