Siisti ja kiva hotelli hyvällä paikalla.
Pros:

Siisti hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä metroasemalta ja bussipysäkki ihan vieressä. Orchard Roadin ostoskeskukset ja kaupat vieressä. Hyvä aamupala, eikä siellä ollut edes ruuhkaa vaikka iso hotelli onkin.

Cons:

Välillä käytävästä kuului meteliä huoneeseen.

Zu kleine Zimmer und zu teuer !
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Frühstück war okay. Die Mitarbeiter im Frühstücks Bereich äußerst freundlich.

Cons:

Early Check in 50 Euro zusätzlich !!

Verspäteter Checkout (unser Verschulden, jedoch ohne uns zu kontaktieren, hätte ja etwas passiert sein können, Kontaktdaten sind ja hinterlegt,) 200 Euro zusätzlich.

Auf Nachfrage was eine zusätzliche Nacht kosten würde,eine größere Summe als die zwei Nächte gesamt vorher genannt. Einfach frech. Unsere Notsituation schamlos ausgenutzt. Keinerlei Empathie, keine Nachfrage nichts. Die Dame gab uns "freundlicherweise" 15 Minuten um das Zimmer zu räumen. Kein "take your time" sondern knallhart 15 Minuten! Dafür das wir 200 Euro nachgezahlt haben und keinem das Zimmer blockiert haben.
Mir ist bewusst das der Fehler bei uns war,aber so wie die Dame uns behandelt hat werde ich nie vergessen.
Haben die Nacht dann kostenlos am Flughafen verbracht.

Best location.
Pros:

Location is the best. Near to lots of food areas. Very near to shopping. Very near to underground passageway to ion orchard and everything else. Also near mtr. Even going to Mt E is very convenient!

Cons:

Rooms are really small. Even smaller than the ones in Japan.
