Pros:

Месторасположение - класс. Вокруг горы, зелёное море из деревьев, дикие животные и насекомые. Прохлада гор, после душного города отлично умиротворяет.

Cons:

Номера подуставшие, некоторые приборы в номере плохо работают. Видел как протекает канализация после принятия ванны, вся вода уходила в почву.

С самого начала поездка была обречена на шикарный отдых, девочки на ресепшене повысили категорию номера до виллы с бассейном, без доплат! Отелем данное место сложно назвать.. скорее это лесной оазис!) Безумно красиво и максимально продуманный ландшафт. Шикарные завтраки и забота персонала добавила приятных эмоций от посещения. В стоимость входили основные локации парка. Огромное спасибо персоналу за эти незабываемые дни проведенные в этом прекрасном месте ❤️😊

They were very particular about serving the guests that they paid attention to even the smallest details.

We had a wonderful stay and even though we could only speak a little of Mandarin, the staff still could serve us well. They even help us to call our next hotel to inform them that we're arriving late into midnight and to hold on to our bookings.

Andy from the customer service wechat - was very helpful, and so were the rest of the staff. We were grateful and had a happy stay there for 03 nights.

Очень красивое и атмосферное место. И, пожалуй, главное впечатление от отеля - вид. Он действительно восхитительный, а сама вилла очень эстетичная, романтичная и хорошо вписана в окружающую природу.

Понравилось внимание к деталям: хорошая уходовая косметика, всё необходимое в номере, приятный сервис. Отдельно хочу отметить организацию передвижения по территории. До поездки видела отзывы, где мини-автобусы называли минусом, но у нас впечатления совершенно другие. Машину обычно подавали очень быстро, всё было комфортно и без каких-либо неудобств.

Очень удобным оказался и предоставленный отелем телефон с установленным WeChat - через него мы могли напрямую связываться с service desk. Казалось бы, мелочь, но на большой территории это действительно делает отдых гораздо комфортнее.

Ещё один приятный бонус - бесплатный доступ ко всем площадкам. Можно спокойно гулять, исследовать территорию и пользоваться всеми возможностями комплекса.

Каких-то существенных минусов за время проживания мы не обнаружили. Единственное, что стоит учитывать при бронировании, - расположение. Отель находится на горе, практически в джунглях, поэтому лестниц здесь действительно много ☺️ Иногда кажется, что за день можно набрать приличную норму шагов только передвигаясь по территории. Для нас это скорее стало частью атмосферы, но людям, которым тяжело ходить вверх-вниз, этот момент точно стоит иметь в виду.

В целом это тот случай, когда отель запоминается не только номером, но и самим ощущением от места. Очень красивое, необычное и романтичное пространство, куда действительно хочется вернуться.

Сделать новую навигацию, в том числе на русском языке. И выучить Английский сотрудникам на ресепшене как минимум

Великолепный вид и тропический лес. Чистый воздух

Cons:

Организация поездок на багги, незнание Английского и русского языка персоналом, плохая навигация в местах достопримечательностей . В первый день мы ждали багги на завтрак 35 минут, потом 10 мин еще ехали. 40 минут требуется, чтобы дождаться багги и доехать до ресепшен 😱
Не весь персонал здоровается при встрече, что совсем недопустимо для отеля 5 звезд

Великолепный отель в горах. Заселили раньше времени, предложили бесплатное повышение класса. В номере было идеально чисто, в наличии все принадлежности, включая швейный набор и спрей от насекомых, для прогулок по лесу. Т.к. у нас не было Wechat, выдали смартфон для связи с ресепшен. Любой вопрос решался через него. Бассеины отличные. Завтраки разнообразные.

Cons:

Не хватило выбора питания после 18 часов, хотелось больше выбора европейской еды, т.к. ребенок не ест азиатскую кухню.
