Quite retreat in Coyacan away from hustle and bustle of Mexico City.
Pros:

Location excellent. Charming. Beautiful courtyard. Quiet. Safe. Good small restaurant over the road for breakfast and lunch and another for evening meals. Easy to find. Good access to Frida Kahlo and Coyacan markets etc.

Cons:

There was a dining room - but nobody explained how to use it. Quite a bit of building work going on - so not clear who was controlling access - a bit ambiguous.

Friendly hotel in a fantastic location.
Pros:

Great location in a lovely, quiet part of Mexico near lots of good restaurants, stores and the Frida Kahlo museum.
A quirky and characterful hotel. Helpful and friendly staff and a wonderful massage in their spa - best I've ever had.

The location and staff.

Cons:

It was overpriced for the quality of the property. The floors were very loud. The bathroom a long distance from the bedroom. Compared to other places we’ve stayed for this price, not well maintained. There was no water pressure each morning for showers. They got it back on each day, put points off for that. Breakfast was supposed to be included but we paid 600 pesos extra each day that we ate there.

Funky old house with spacious rooms in the heart of Coyoacan.
Pros:

Funky old house with a spacious room and a beautiful open garden. Great location in the heart of Coyocan. Clear check-in instructions with a helpful staff member.

Cons:

Our shower didn't work at all -- a small drizzle that was hardly enough to wash our hair. It was a little confusing who was on staff, and how to get breakfast or help if needed.

Beautiful and unique accommodations managed by a wonderful staff. A unique experience!
Pros:

Staff went out of their way to help us have the best stay possible. The hotel is beautiful, unusual, and very clean. A very intimate, personal experience! The staff was incredibly helpful in making arrangements for us, and we especially loved the cooking class that was held in the hotel's kitchen. A very special stay!

Pros:

Location, ambience, friendly people . Imaginative Decor. Good local , inexpensive and clean restaurants

Cons:

A bit noisy at times from traffic and maintenance. A fact sheet would help make full use of the facilities from the start.

It was fine for one night, but i’m glad we didn’t stay any longer.
Pros:

The apartment was in a good location, and very spacious, with a comfortable bed. Though we didn’t use it, there was access to shared kitchen facilities. Staff were responsive and helpful.

Cons:

The apartment was much more dated than expected, with very creaky floors, which woke us up in the night. It also did not feel hugely secure - with only a thin wooden door that could easily be forced open without using a key.

L’emplacement par rapport au quartier Coyoacan

Cons:

Le fait qu’on n’ait pas eu la chambre prévue ( suite supérieure )
L’équipement moyen , pas de sdb , une douche avec le wc sans aucun équipements et le lavabo dans la kitchenette
Très bruyant , 3 fenêtres donnant sur 2 rues très passantes , pas de vue sur le patio comme decrit dans notre réservation
Cher pour la prestation qu’on a eu

Nothing looks like the pictures hotel and rooms are old and smell like humidity and have bad air quality. We couldn't sleep due to the smell an bad air quality in the room. There's people drinking on the hallways, staff is not professional. Bad shower, curtains don't work everything is old and not well maintained, the properly and the rooms are not well cleaned. I could go on. There's nothing nice about this establishment and certainly is NOT a boutique hotel. I Asked for a refund and they didn't want to give it to me so end up staying one night. It ruined my Mexico trip please don't make the same mistake.
