Very cozy and confortable stay!
Pros:

Nice house with a warm Coyoacán atmosphere. The location is very convenient, with restaurants nearby and within walking distance of sites within Coyoacán. The small scale offers a cozy, homey feeling.

Cons:

We stayed in the room that fits 5 guests and found it very nice but a bit humid. There are enough windows for ventilation, but it seems to me that a mechanical extraction system in the bathroom could help avoid the humidity of the shower from getting to the rest of the room. Not a big deal, though. It is just relevant for people sensitive to humidity like me.

Very centric close to main sites in Coyoacan. Staff is very friendly and responsive to any requests

Pros:

I only ended up staying one night the beds were uncomfortable and staff did not care after we told them. Ended up not staying a second night and going out and renting a room at another hotel for comfort.

Cons:

Service was ok but the room was not big enough, beds were hard and staff was just awkward that made us feel uncomfortable.

Perfect location!
Pros:

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but our accommodations were just wonderful, quiet and relaxing. All the staff was understanding and accommodating to our traveling needs, especially when related to safe keeping our luggage for a couple hours.

Cons:

Everything just perfect with the exception of a rocking chair in our room, which was just related to a scary movie that we watched previous to our trip. LOL... Nothing against the rocking chair. Other than that, our stay was absolutely wonderful, and will plan to stay at this hotel again.

-Comfortable beds and enough room for 5 people to sleep well
Good water pressure and temperature

Cons:

-Mosquitoes
-loud street noise
-unprofessional welcome - more like being welcomed to a backpackers hostel than a boutique hotel and spa
-bathroom had only 1 glass panel in shower
-no fan in room and no AC; had to request 2 fans twice before we got them
-went looking for staff about 30 minutes after our arrival and the whole house was empty
-Poor room lighting

Quite retreat in Coyacan away from hustle and bustle of Mexico City.
Pros:

Location excellent. Charming. Beautiful courtyard. Quiet. Safe. Good small restaurant over the road for breakfast and lunch and another for evening meals. Easy to find. Good access to Frida Kahlo and Coyacan markets etc.

Cons:

There was a dining room - but nobody explained how to use it. Quite a bit of building work going on - so not clear who was controlling access - a bit ambiguous.

Friendly hotel in a fantastic location.
Pros:

Great location in a lovely, quiet part of Mexico near lots of good restaurants, stores and the Frida Kahlo museum.
A quirky and characterful hotel. Helpful and friendly staff and a wonderful massage in their spa - best I've ever had.

The location and staff.

Cons:

It was overpriced for the quality of the property. The floors were very loud. The bathroom a long distance from the bedroom. Compared to other places we’ve stayed for this price, not well maintained. There was no water pressure each morning for showers. They got it back on each day, put points off for that. Breakfast was supposed to be included but we paid 600 pesos extra each day that we ate there.

Funky old house with spacious rooms in the heart of Coyoacan.
Pros:

Funky old house with a spacious room and a beautiful open garden. Great location in the heart of Coyocan. Clear check-in instructions with a helpful staff member.

Cons:

Our shower didn't work at all -- a small drizzle that was hardly enough to wash our hair. It was a little confusing who was on staff, and how to get breakfast or help if needed.
