Fresh, clean, safe, walking to downtown.
Pros:

Great location and walking distance to downtown. I felt safe, it was clean and staff was very friendly. Rooms were cleaned well. I had the loft and there was plenty of room for family of 3. There is a pull out trundle I didn't find until Day 3 so you can fit plenty upstairs; 5 to 6 would fit comfortably upstairs in my opinion. Rooms are cleaned well but you do have to ask to have it cleaned.

Cons:

There is no Landry facility on site for quests to use and downtown is so busy with Cooperstown Baseball it's difficult to find parking and bring your laundry to the downtown area laundry services. For over 3k for the week I would want a laundry facility I can use on site. No elevator so anyone who cannot do stairs this would be a problem. It was not for our family. Lighting in the room could be brighter.

The convenience of the location. The peacefulness and cleanliness of the place.

Cons:

Lack of hangers. Only had 2. There isn’t an actual closet just a post type set up ( which is kind of cool but slightly in the way).
