Pros:

Self check in. Near to city centre. Open balcony.

Cons:

Too minimalist for amenities. No staff after hour. Plus I was going out early for conference. So if any amenity finishes or need a fresh towel, not very easy!

Great location and worked well for attending convention centre. We had some shower and parking issues.
Pros:

Location, security.

Cons:

Poor water hot pressure in shower for entire week. It was reported but not fixed before we vacated. No towels or bath mat in room on arrival, had to request. Parking was difficult with a 4WD as our carpark had an over bonnet storage.

Pros:

Outlook, the deck upstairs was excellent great city outlook. Very clean

The bed was not as comfortable for me. More toilet paper.

Pros:

Location - very short walk to Southbank and across into CBD. Property also offered free carparking which is a bonus for those travelling via a vehicle. Bakery cafe on ground floor.
