Clean, modern apartment stay on a handy location walkable to lots of things
Pros:

Warm, clean, tidy, great location and had everything we needed. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

Parking spot was a bit of a challenge to get in and out of, but we made it work.

Very clean and tidy, great location
Pros:

Short walk to Brisbane and southbank. Very central location. Coffee shop downstairs.

Cons:

No hot water in the bathroom sink. Warm shower with not much water pressure, takes a long time for the temperature to get to a higher temperature. Hot water in kitchen sink takes over 4 minutes to come through.
