Amazing apartment and lovely host
Pros:

We loved the apartment and the comfortable beds.

Cons:

They didn’t have buffet style breakfast options and didn’t cater much for people with allergies.

Minor issues with room. However, our host was lovely and sorted out issues promptly.

Wonderful 2nd time staying at MAVA: Would return again.
Pros:

This is our 2nd time choosing Mava Apartamente. The 1st time was in 2019, and I had rented a 2-bedreoom & stayed almost 1 month. This time was only an overnight visit & a 1- bedroom, but the front desk staff were always wonderful, as usual. They all speak English very well. The apartment was very clean, it has an adorable kitchen, spacious bathroom, a deck with included drying rack, there's a washing machine (don't forget that in Romania, most people line-dry & don't have a dryer). The parking felt secure. The breakfast was delicious (we had the included breakfast option).

Cons:

The queen-sized bed was rather firm, and a bit uncomfortable for a side-sleeper like myself. My husband slept on the pull-out sofa, and he said he didn't sleep well since he could feel the metal bars underneath the mattress.

Our door key card didn't seem to work well in the slot it needs to go into near the inside of the door (the slot that gives electric power to the lights & A/C). The front desk lady did come & check & agreed it was defective & she let a maintenance man know. We figured out a temporary work-around.

The man that was taking our order for breakfast didn't seem friendly, and seemed impatient with us when we asked about how to order, what is included in the "included breakfast" that we had, etc. He could probably learn a bit of customer service from the people at the front desk, who were always friendly & wonderful. He seemed "cu nasul pe sus."

Standard ridicat, organizare impecabilă
Pros:

Am avut o experiență excelentă la Mava Apartamente.

Curățenia este la un nivel foarte ridicat, lucru care se simte încă de la intrarea în apartament. Am observat o singură situație minoră (un fir de păr la ridicarea capacului de la toaletă), însă având experiență în domeniul hotelier, știu că astfel de detalii pot apărea ocazional din erori umane și nu definesc standardul general, care este clar unul foarte bun.

Apartamentul este extrem de bine echipat, cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur confortabil: tacâmuri, veselă, pahare, ustensile de gătit, oale — toate de calitate bună, atent alese. Este genul de locație în care chiar te poți organiza ca acasă, fără compromisuri, ceea ce reprezintă un mare avantaj pentru familii sau pentru șederi mai lungi.

Nu am utilizat restaurantul sau celelalte facilități, însă nivelul general al locației îți oferă încredere că sunt gestionate la același standard.

În ceea ce privește locația, pentru mine nu a fost un minus — accesul cu mașina este rapid și facil către toate punctele de interes.

Per total, este o locație gestionată profesionist, unde se vede atenția la detalii și preocuparea pentru confortul oaspeților. Cu siguranță o alegere foarte bună și un loc în care aș reveni.
