Fantastic stay in Lisbon
Pros:

Wow! Absolutely loved our stay in Lisbon. We actually got upgraded to an apartment which was amazing and had a fantastic view of Carmo Convent which was right behind us. There was also a rooftop bar in the same vicinity but we didn't hear the noise at all - great sound proofing! It got serviced daily so we always had fresh towels to come back to and was always very clean. The whole apartment was very comfortable. When we checked in, Luisa was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful and walked us to our apartment to ensure we had everything we needed and made sure we knew how to get hold of reception etc.

Cons:

The elevator is incredibly slow and we were on the top floor. We walked down but after each day we were pooped from sightseeing so didn't want to walk up any more stairs that day. But, if thats the worse thing then I think they're doing pretty well!

Pros:

Equipe muito atenciosa. Café da manhã gostoso. Quartos confortáveis e espaçosos
Mas certamente o ponto mais alto de todos é a localização, que é perfeita permitindo se deslocar a pé e com transporte público para todos os pontos turísticos sem muito esforço.

Cons:

Um ponto muito pequeno, mas que é bem pouco relevante é de que o café da manhã não variava, tendo todos os dias exatamente as mesmas opções.

Super friendly staff, central location, authentic hotel
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located in the center, very close to many attractions. The rooms and the breakfast area were all refurbished. The attention of all staff is just outstanding, the most friendliest people ever. The breakfast selection was also very good. Authentic building, just steps from the famous Lift.

Cons:

The view from the back rooms are not the best, and the fans are loud, but we could still have a good night sleep.
