- great central location next to the theatre and tube station
- bed was very comfortable

- the cleaning staff were very friendly
- most of the staff were friendly once I’d arrived compared to the unhelpful tone I felt from messages before I arrived
- air con was good on a hot day

- bottled water was a nice touch
- I had a skylight but the blind didn’t work so I couldn’t look out of it
- tv didn’t work very well, the remote stopped working/froze and had no option to use Netflix/disney etc
- the shower water pressure wasn’t good, it was very difficult to even wash the shampoo out of my hair
- there was no signage whatsoever to explain where to go to get to the room, 3 identical doors once you got to the correct floor and no sign or indication to explain which one to use to get to the rooms.
- the staff were quite unhelpful when I messaged to ask 2 questions before my stay, I asked about a form I needed to fill out to just be told “it’s on our website”, no link to where to find it (it was not in an obvious place in the website and was a non clickable address in a long terms and conditions document on the website) and I had enquired about adding an extra night on a few weeks before my stay and had said I didn’t mind changing rooms, the same room was available and still being advertised at the price I’d requested but I was told it wasn’t possible without a clear reason given.

Amazing stay, room extremely clean, had everything you needed, water bottles provided by the bed side table and plenty of coffee and tea provided. The property is very close to Chalk farm station. Check in and check out was online and very easy. Staff members were very nice and polite.

Nincs szekrény, fürdőszoba szőnyeg. Második nap nem volt meleg víz. A víznyomás egyébként is nagyon kicsi volt.

Perfect location – central but quiet, comfy beds and everything was clean!
The shower pressure is quite bad, sadly. Some of the furniture, especially the boards behind the beds, should be repaired – these are minor issues, though!

The room was 2 streets away. Stairs were steep and narrow. I was expecting a room in a hotel building. Would not book again.
From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome. The woman who checked me in was one of those people who simply brighten your day. Although on the surface the room is all you need- small, with a good bed and a shower it was everything else that made it exceed my expectations. It was quiet yet next to a main road; it was amazingly clean and, more importantly, cool in the current hot weather. The staff had taken the extra step of making sure the AC was running before I arrived. As I was going to the Roundhouse, the location could not be more perfect; it is just across the road. It turned out that nearly everyone staying in the hotel was going there too, so I wasn't the only one who realised how perfectly located the place is. To be honest, this place impressed me more than some "luxury" hotels I have stayed at.
Nothing. Everything here went beyond my expectations. I would not change anything. I had a great experience and would highly recommend anyone stay here.
