room was clean and quiet
not much in the way of breakfast options, disappointing compared to similar priced hotels
Location was good
Clean, comfortable and excellent location for the gig I was attending at The Roundhouse
Nothing
Location
Air con too warm and windows were locked.
The room was 2 streets away. Stairs were steep and narrow. I was expecting a room in a hotel building. Would not book again.
From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome. The woman who checked me in was one of those people who simply brighten your day. Although on the surface the room is all you need- small, with a good bed and a shower it was everything else that made it exceed my expectations. It was quiet yet next to a main road; it was amazingly clean and, more importantly, cool in the current hot weather. The staff had taken the extra step of making sure the AC was running before I arrived. As I was going to the Roundhouse, the location could not be more perfect; it is just across the road. It turned out that nearly everyone staying in the hotel was going there too, so I wasn't the only one who realised how perfectly located the place is. To be honest, this place impressed me more than some "luxury" hotels I have stayed at.
Nothing. Everything here went beyond my expectations. I would not change anything. I had a great experience and would highly recommend anyone stay here.
I based my choice of hotel on its location, as it was right across the road from the Roundhouse. Right from the moment I turned up, I felt welcome. I was welcomed at reception, and the service would have been quick if not for my enjoying my conversation with the staff. I was immediately at ease. My room was what I wanted: comfortable, cool, especially in the hot weather we have been having recently, spotless, and the noise level low, as I could barely hear the outside world. The AC had been turned on before I arrived, so the room was a relief after the hot journey. Later on, I went to the pub the hotel is attached to; its calm, friendly atmosphere and staff made me welcome again, so it didn't take long for me to shake off the feel of the journey. I highly recommend the Camden Enterprise; the room quality and friendly service make it better than some so-called luxury places I have stayed at over the years.
The staff were outstanding, friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Emma, who surprised us with Prosecco, roses and a handwritten note after hearing we had recently celebrated our anniversary and got engaged. Our room was compact but well designed, spotlessly clean every day, very comfortable and surprisingly quiet for such a central location. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Chalk Farm Underground, Camden Market, Primrose Hill and Regent’s Park. The breakfast was very good, and I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was while I was experiencing mobility issues.
Nothing. We had an excellent stay and wouldn’t change anything.
Good location.
Room was nice but bathroom had a bit of a smell and had hairs on the floor. There was also a lot of noise during the night due to another guest not being able to get in to their room with the key card.
Receptionist was rude and it seemed like I’d inconvenienced her with any request I made.
Location was great. Easy walk to Camden and directly opposite Chalk Farm tbe station. All the staff on reception were great, really friendly and helpful. It was good that they were also able to store our luggage.
We did have an issue with the shower. It wasn't draining as we were using it. We did let them know, however nothing was done while we were there. Hopefully sorted for the next guests. The room was cleaned each day. But they took our bathmat and hand towel away on the first day and never replaced it.
Good location
No elevator
Great, clean hotel! air conditioning is working properly, good view on Roundhouse, underground station of Northern line nearby. The only only thing is that to get to most of locations need to switch to another line eventually. Comfort bed, low noise even on a night when England played a game with Norway and there is a pub on the ground floor. Very satisfied with the room. Friendly staff, reception working 24/7.
