Pros:

The location was perfect, in the center of Chania old town, near all good restaurants and shops.

The room was spacious.
Check-in and check-out was very flexible
Breakfast was freshly made every day and we even asked for a packed breakfast for we checked out at 5 am

Cons:

I would have booked a sea view room if it was available for the view was amazing which we also enjoyed from the roof area.

The stairs is hard with the luggage.

The moment we stepped into the room we saw a cockroach, I understand that it’s an old city and it be might be a window was left open. There was no other signs of insects.

Der var desværre en dårlig lugt i opgangen på det sted vi overnattede (hotellet havde flere bygninger ved siden af hinanden)

Pros:

The views from the seafront room were fantastic. Looking out over the harbour was just perfect.

The breakfast was also really good, with a really large selection.

Cons:

I thought some elements of the room seemed a little aged, namely in the bathroom. It was a really lovely room, but I wouldn’t say it a standard worth the £300 per night.

The location is amazing, and the rooms are spacious.

Cons:

The main issue is that there's no parking nearby, so you have to carry your luggage yourself. Although this is clearly stated, it's disappointing that the closest parking areas are usually full. It's a shame there's no golf cart service, even for an additional fee, to help transport luggage to and from the property. The staff were friendly, and the location is unbeatable. Overall, it's an amazing place, but it's not suitable for everyone.

Pros:

Accueil chaleureux avec un check-in en plus tôt que prévu, très arrangeant, sinon ils ont une conciergerie. L'Hôtel donne sur le port, avec un toit terrasse qui permet d'avoir une vue 360 sur la anse mais aussi côté ruelle, avec des petites échoppes. Chambre Queen trés spacieuse et confortable, literie confort, avec toutes les commodités. Accueil sympathique du personnel du petit déjeuner qui était varié

Die Lage ist super die Zimmer sind groß geräumig tolles Bad tolle Ausstattung das Frühstück ist nicht im gleichen Haus sondern separat nach wenigen Metern zu erreichen tolle Frühstückslocation mit reichhaltigen Frühstück alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Das Haus hat eine tolle Dachterrasse mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf den venezianischen Hafen und Leuchtturm allerdings könnte man diese Dachterrasse schöner gestalten.

View was amazing, beware of dragging your luggage on your own
Pros:

The view was outstanding. We were in the middle of Old Town and we overlooked the bay and the lighthouse. The room was very large and the balcony was adorable. There were plenty of pillows.

Cons:

We were told that parking in the area was free - and it was not. We were told it was an easy and short walk from the closest parking to the hotel - it was not. We had to drag our bags 10-15 minutes walking to the hotel. The hotel did not offer to help us at all with our bags - even when we got a King Suite. I had to ask for someone to help carry our bags up the 3 flights of stairs of which they only helped on the way up, not out. I know the streets are closed for cars - but I saw several golf carts of other hotels in the area transporting luggage. I would even have opted in to pay extra for baggage support but that was not offered. The breakfast was sparse and picked over when we arrived. The spot is shared by all the neighboring properties and it was tight with all the people there.

Traditional hotel room on the historic harbor with spectacular view of the lighthouse.
Pros:

The location is very convenient to everything and the view from the room to the lighthouse is spectacular.

Cons:

The service by the staff is lacking. Sometimes there is no one at the reception desk and You pretty much have to do everything yourself. Also the city just changed the rules so we could not park where our hotel representative told us where we could park.
