頂樓泳池下雨不開放，很危險，可惜3天到下雨

連住3天連下3天雨，女兒爆哭不能游泳，為了游泳池而特地選去入住，結果只花錢換地方住，很遺憾

地點很好，但房間與浴室很小，與照片及網站敘述不符，早餐座位很擠但是品質尚可。

地點非常好，可以走路到市中心重要的景點。床鋪算舒適，也有免治馬桶。

Cons:

房間大小與官網及提供的照片完全不符，官網及Booking上表示為40m2，但實際大約只有26-30m2，浴室很小，只有淋浴間(奇怪的是一張大床的房型除了套房外都沒有浴缸的選項)，坐在馬桶上會被開門打到，房間有兩張並排放的椅子，根本也放不下照片上的小桌子。早餐的餐廳很小，人很多，食物只能放在一個角落，所以人多的時候得排很長的隊伍擠在一起等取餐，比較像是吃學校的自助餐，不過早餐的食物的種類與品質以台東地區來說還不錯。
