die zentrale Lage zum Seeufer und die Nähe zum Bahnhof

Einiges funktionierte nicht (Kaffeemaschine, Fernbedienung). Ich hatte versäumt, rechtzeitig einen Parkplatz zu reservieren, sodaß ich übers Wochenende keine sichere Parkmöglichkeit hatte. Meine Bitte, mir doch vielleicht Alternativen im Umkreis des Hotels zu nennen, wurden mit " Da kann ich Ihnen nicht helfen" abgetan.
Das Nichtfunktionieren der Kaffeemaschine konnte ich nicht melden, alldieweil ich trotz einiger Versuche niemanden antraf.

Mist definitely stay again. Great location close to train city and lake.
Pros:

Clean comfortable great price!!

Cons:

People in the neighborhood were noisy at night had to keep windows closed despite it being a cool temperature outside.

La habitación da, literalmente, al andén del tren, no había quien durmiera.
El aire no enfriaba y, a pesar de quejarnos, nadie lo solucionó.
Solo un albornoz, un bote de gel y no limpieza en 4 días que estuvimos.
Al entrar en la habitación olía a tabaco.

Bright, new building with comfortable room and nice balcony with good views..

Cons:

1. Process for I.d. verification to obtain access code was convoluted. Booking.com sent me a n email to which I replied with copy of I.d. but VA did not receive so I had to call VA separately on arrival to clear up the situation and get access code. 2. Africans loitering all day and night around the car park, side streets and train station made me feel unsafe especially at night. 3. My room was extremely hot! Despite the high temperatures, hallway windows were locked closed all night and most of the day so heat was trapped inside the upper floors.

gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe; Anbindung an öffentlichen Bus hervorragend; "Shared kitchen" im UG sehr gut ausgestattet; Bad: super Dusche, alles geschmackvoll; Cleaning Service war überraschend.

Cons:

Balkontüre links ging nicht komplett auf; alles andere super. Ruhige Lage trotz BHF-Nähe! Merkwürdige einzelne "Passanten" permanent auf der Straße unterwegs (Dealer?) = etwas befremdlich; gut: Polizei zeigt Präsenz! Fahrräder waren zwar außen angeschlossen, zunächst verunsichernd, aber es gab keine Vorkommnisse.

Dormir dans un four avec des bruits de travaux = mission impossible

L'emplacement et le prix raisonnable

Cons:

7 places de parking pour un hôtel avec des centaines de chambres, du coup, pas de place de libre.
Avec la canicule, notre chambre sous les toits était un four. Il y avait bien un panneau de commande pour la climatisation, mais qui ne fonctionnait pas. On nous a dit ensuite que notre chambre n'était pas climatisée... L'hôtel a mis a disposition un petit ventilateur mais c'était insuffisant. Une bouteille d'eau fraîche dans le frigo aurait été la bienvenue, mais non.
Cerise sur le gâteau, les travaux nocturnes dans la gare juste en dessous de la fenêtre. Bilan 2 nuits sans sommeil.
