Pros:

Lage direkt neben dem Bahnhof top für geschäftliche Reisen, auch der Coop um die Ecke. Zimmer gross, sauber, modern.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck auf dem Zimmer gewünscht, sonst alles perfekt! Klimaanlage ist etwas laut, aber das stört nicht so.

The apartment was clean and comfortable in an ideal location
Pros:

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. It was located very close to the train station and some shops. It was very quiet despite the location. The air conditioning worked very well.

Cons:

The initial check in was a little difficult. I was surprised at the lack of plates, bowls and additional cutlery. I would have rated the apartment a 10 if these had been available.

Pros:

It was clean, comfortable and spacious. It is located very close to the railway station, however the apartment was quiet. The air conditioning system worked well and was necessary. I had booked two apartments and they were close together on the same floor.

Cons:

I would have rated the apartment a 10, but I felt it was missing essentials such as plates, bowls and necessary cutlery. Our apartment also had no rubbish bin.

The self-check-in instructions contained an error — the field labelled “last name” actually required the first name — which made it impossible to access the property. Despite reaching out through their platform multiple times, I received no response for two hours, leaving me waiting outside in the hot sun. For a property that operates without on-site staff, having a responsive support system is essential, and this fell far short of that.

Perfect hotel for very short stays, not for families.
Pros:

The location is fantastic; it’s right next to the train station, three blocks from the lake, in the city center.
The instructions for entering the apartment were very clear, and although there’s no staff on site, they respond to emails very quickly.
The room was very bright and small, but fine for two people. My daughter had to stay in another room.

Cons:

The apartment was very dirty and sticky, the kettle was broken, and the hairdryer didn’t work. The coffee maker wasn’t a capsule machine, and all the other accommodations we stayed in during our trip used capsule machines.
They moved us to another room to try and fix the problem, but...
The temperature outside was very high, and the fan and air conditioning weren’t enough.
There is no kitchen, only a coffee maker and a microwave; there are no plates or cutlery.
