Convenient and reasonable value
Pros:

Convenient location, clean.

Cons:

The property is a little aged, the hallway was noisy and I found the breakfast poorly set-up to serve numerous guests at the same time.

Pros:

Riesen Frühstücksbuffet!
Unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Meerblich nehmen, soo schön.
Meer direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite.
Personal war freundlich und die Zimmer schön sauber und eine tolle Größe.
Pool auf dem Dach ist klein, aber schön.

高級感のある写真に惹かれて予約したが、ルームは日本の格安ビジネスホテル程度だった

ロケーション、フロントスタッフは良い。

Cons:

ルームが写真とは異なり古かった。ルームスリッパは使い回しのサンダル、コンディショナーはなくシャンプーやボディソープのボトルは擦れて文字が読めないほど。2泊したのにトイレットペーパーは補充されず使い切ってしまい困る場面があった。ホテルのマッサージサービスはマッサージの知識があるのか疑うほど気持ちよさやコリの解消を感じず、時間とお金を無駄にした気分になった。ランドリーは同行者と一緒に頼んだが勝手に請求書を一緒にされた。

Great location but facilities are aging
Pros:

Great location by the beach and loved the rooftop pool. Buffet breakfast had large selection.

Cons:

Aging hotel that needs some upkeep, no room service was available even though advertised, impersonal staff at front desk (but very friendly house cleaning staff!)

Đồ dùng trong phòng khăn tắm, ga gối hơi cũ

Cons:

Nhân viên dọn dẹp ở bữa sáng quét dọn liên tục làm người ăn bị bụi bẩn khi đang ăn.
Đầu bếp đứng rán trứng, làm bún miến đồ ăn sáng ko thân thiện.
Giá phải bỏ cho 2 phòng nghi quá cao chưa chuẩn với tiêu chí 4 sao

Pros:

We booked a pickup service from airport to hotel driver drop-off at other branch hotel and left us there

Reception boy told us same hotel with other branch and hotel is fully booked told us to walk and go to other branch hotel by walk with our own luggage it was 8.30 pm.

We walked around looking for the hotel without any assistance by hotel.

Almost we go around 1km came back to same hotel after few minutes waiting as we was tired all the way and helpless

They provided other taxi
to drop us at hotel where we found no one at Reception watch man assisted us check in after making payment and additional payment.

We will not recommend to stay in this hotel.

Very very disappointed hotel with no service.
