Pros:

We had a very comfortable stay at Quest Apartments and were impressed with the quality of the accommodation. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was excellent and fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay much easier and more convenient. A standout feature for us was the bathroom, which had an accessible shower that worked very well for my mum, who uses a walker. Having that level of accessibility made a big difference and helped her feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay again.

It was a comfortable business trip
Pros:

The room was clean and quiet and the location felt safe.

Cons:

The location meant I was not near to cafes ( all closed by 2pm) or restaurants for after hours.

Good stay
Pros:

Did not have breakfast there.

Cons:

Liked the place but will not use Booking.com again. We had to depart early, and I asked at the venue if there was a rebate of voucher that I could ask for they said they could not do a refund as I had booked through booking.com. Booking.com have some fancy email address using your booking code which I tried repeatedly with no success. The company I work for also use booking.com and when I told them of my experience they said they will notuse them again. Trivago looks like they have scored a $200,000+ travel account.

2nd time we have stayed here. The ladies at the front desk are always welcoming, friendly and are happy to help.

Wonderful Apartment
Pros:

We liked the staff who were helpful & very friendly. The apartment had everything we needed & was spotless. The bed was very comfortable.

Very friendly staff . Thankyou for the welcoming letter

Cons:

Restaurants/ cafes nearby were not open for breakfast during our stay. But we did go to the shopping village up the road which made it worth the walk. At coffee express.
Also aircon was very noisy. We coped but it was annoying.

Great location for business trips and have stayed and will continue to stay many times.
Pros:

Clean and spacious rooms with well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and window with fly screen. Complimentary laundry facilities and products is very much appreciated.

Cons:

Too much synthetic fragrance which is unnecessary. Nice essential oils would be much better for allergy and headache sufferers. A little far for supermarkets etc
