Its in the best location within the fort and is extremely beautiful inside. The room was spacious, clean and bright. Every detail was considered and breakfast was amazing. The staff helped me arrange pickup and tours and also made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I stayed here nearly a week and was so happy that I found this beautiful gem of a hotel. Love this place. Artfully created, staff is wonderful, breakfast is good. Inside the walls and it looks fantastic.
Emplacement génial ! Vue depuis le toit terrasse superbe mais pas aménagé hors saison. Les chambres sont propres et bien aménagées. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, je recommande vivement l’omelette proposée le matin, j’y repense encore 🫶
Le personnel est très gentil mais pas très avenant ni source de conseils. Peut-être que c’est le passage de guesthouse à hotel qui me fait cet effet là. Appart ce léger détail, le séjour était génial ! Je recommande :)

2 yetişkin bir çocuk olarak bir oda aldık ama çocuk için karyola hazır değildi. Biz kabul etmeyince bizi 3 kişilik odaya aldılar. 11 gibi otele gittik ama bizi kabul etmediler ısrarla 14.00 de alabileceklerini söylediler
Location perfetta, all’interno delle mura ma in una zona quieta e tranquilla. Tutto raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi.
Staff eccezionale, molto disponibile e di aiuto per risolvere qualsiasi problema.

The location was excellent, just inside the south gate of the Ichan Kala in a quiet residential area but only 5mins walk from all the main sites and restaurants. Accessible by car.
The staff, particularly Abdurahmon, could not have been more attentive or helpful.
Breakfast was a buffet style with a great variety of food on offer. Very tasty and they also had a coffee machine.
The rooms were spacious, clean with a good working air con. Beds were comfortable and water was hot.
I would not hesitate to stay here again if I return to Khiva.

Location: Simply amazing. The hotel is located right in the middle of the Old City, just a few steps away from all the main historical sights.
Rooms: The rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortable, which ensured a great night's rest.
Service: The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We are especially grateful for their help in organizing our airport transfer, it made our trip so much easier!
Breakfast: Delicious! A great variety of food to start the day.
Rooftop Terrace: A huge bonus! The views from the terrace are stunning and it’s the perfect place to relax.
If I ever visit Khiva again, I will definitely choose this place without hesitation. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Clean comfortable room.
Very pleasant staff - one day both electricity and water were both turned off in the whole of old Khiva - however they managed to bring hot pot of tea to our room.
All was good.
