6. Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.
7. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in your room. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.
8. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability.
9. Smoking inside the hotel is prohibited and only allowed in designated outdoor spaces.

Tolles Preisgünstiges Hotel in Stadtnähe
Pros:

Wir waren postiv überrascht wie toll das Hotel und die Zimmer eingerichtet sind. Eine Kombination mit Studentenzimmer / Wohnungen und Hotel hat super geklappt. Personal war freundlich. Frühstück ausgiebig und gut. Öffentlicher Parkplatz gleich neben dem Hotel.

Good place
Pros:

Have stayed here before. Not much has changed. A very functional space (an old transformed factory or warehouse, with the beam steels having been integrated nicely in the design of the rooms and the buildings.) The rooms are large (high ceiling) and functional. There is a kettle and some coffee and tea supplies. (The coffee -- some drip coffee thingy -- is pathetically weak, and you might as well forget about it.)
The brekkie -- at 17.50 Euro -- is decent.
There is also a bar on the rooftop and many other social spaces (table tennis, gym) which I have yet to explore.
The staff is mostly friendly although some have quite the chip on their shoulder, sometimes bordering on the rude. Management might want to pay attention to it.

Gutes Hotel um das Zentrum zu besuchen und ein paar Nächte zum Verweilen.
Pros:

Super Lage, ein paar hundert meter bis ins Zentrum. Modernes Zimmer, mit neu gemachtem Bad, alles im Industriestyle. Schöne Rooftop Bar.

Cons:

Frühstücksbrötchen wären schön gewesen. Rest war gut.
