2. We will ask you to show us your credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card should match the name on your identification document (ID or passport) presented upon check-in. Both the credit card and the identification document must be presented physically (i.e., no pictures or copies allowed).

Nonrefundable bookings will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged at midnight before your day of arrival. The credit card used to make the booking will be charged with the total amount of the reservation through an automatic payment.
5. When booking more than 9 rooms or more than 18 people, or more than 5 rooms for stays exceeding 7 nights, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The hotel will contact you directly to communicate the applicable policies.
6. Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.
7. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in your room. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.
8. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability.
9. Smoking inside the hotel is prohibited and only allowed in designated outdoor spaces.

Superfreundliches und hilfsbereites Personal , egal wo es klemmt, es wird sofort geholfen und unterstützt 🙂 wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit einem total bequemen Bett und ein leckeres Frühstück in ungezwungenem Ambiente.
Mooie kamer, heerlijk geslapen en en goed geregeld ontbijt. (Glutenvrij)
En dat dakterras was ook genieten!

Das Zimmer war komfortabel und angenehm kühl (Klimatisiert).
Das Frühstück war hervorragend mit reichhaltiger Auswahl. - super!
Perfecte ligging om de gezellige stad Maastricht te zoeken. Heerlijk hotel met ontzettend lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt! Je vindt er echt alles: verschillende soorten yoghurt met vers fruit en zelfs zaden, noten, muesli voor erbij. Je kan ook kiezen voor een Engels ontbijt of heerlijke koffiekoekjes, pancakes en wafels. Daarbij nog een lekkere koffie en 3 soorten fruitsap. Ideaal om de dag te beginnen! De kamer was heel ruim met een lekker breed bed. We kregen zelfs gratis een upgrade naar een studiootje met kitchenette. Ongelooflijk vriendelijk personeel!

Die Sitzplätze im Außenbeleuchtung werden um 22h geschlossen.
Super locatie, in het centrum parkeren voor de deur. Vriendelijk personeel, nette en schone kamers. Alles wat je wilt voor een goed verblijf. Ontbijt is ook aan te bevelen!

De kamer voelt heel leeg, de badkamer was niet helemaal proper. Zeer slechte douche met een water meter op die laat weten hoeveel je gebruikt. Niet ideaal als je eerst 5 liter water moet gebruiken voor je warm water hebt terwijl die meter maar zit aan te tikken. ZEER ONAANGENAAM!
Het bed was prima.
