La gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto lo staff.
Sia la reception che il personale della colazione. Il giorno del check out c'era sciopero e per non crearci ritardi nell'arrivo in stazione hanno anticipato l'orario della colazione per tutti gli ospiti. E' stata una graditissima attenzione.
La camera è molto ampia e ben pulita
La colazione è buonissima con prodotti tipici di alta qualità

La posizione anche se su strada rumorosa, diciamo che è stata l’unica nota positiva del soggiorno

Cons:

Bagno sporco, box doccia rotto, una taglia-forbice trovata nel letto, capelli di donna e peli pubici sulle lenzuola. Come se non bastasse, impronte di scarpe sulle lenzuola e federe dei cuscini sporche.

Dopo le nostre lamentele ci hanno “concesso” un cambio stanza, facendolo passare addirittura come un upgrade per cui avremmo dovuto ringraziare. Peccato che, all’1 di notte, nella nuova stanza abbiamo trovato di nuovo lenzuola sporche, federe sporche e altri peli nel letto. Risultato? Noi ad aspettare nel cuore della notte mentre cambiavano lenzuola e cuscini. Assurdo.

Il giorno dopo hanno avuto persino il coraggio di pretendere il pagamento di due bottigliette d’acqua bevute durante tutto questo caos, spiegandoci che ci avevano lasciato un’ora in più per il check-out e che non ci avevano fatto pagare la differenza per il presunto “upgrade”. Francamente ridicolo. Dopo aver pagato 167€ per una stanza in queste condizioni, dovremmo anche sentirci fortunati perché non ci hanno chiesto soldi in più per una camera altrettanto sporca?

La peggior esperienza alberghiera della mia vita. Struttura gestita in modo imbarazzante, senza il minimo standard di igiene né rispetto per il cliente.
