Pros:

Nice location. Clean & large apartament.

Cons:

All of those have nothing to do directly with the apartament :
-less restaurants in the area (except for the asians ones)
-poor street conections
-mainly phone signal from the Swiss companies

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit fantastischem Ausblick in ruhiger Umgebung.
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Giancarlo empfangen, der uns mit dem Auto vom Bahnhof abgeholt hat - vielen Dank nochmals dafür!
Die Wohnung ist wunderschön gelegen mit einer tollen Sicht auf den See und die Berge. Der Balkon ist wunderbar, mit Stühlen und einem Tisch für ein gemütliches Frühstück ausgestattet. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuss in Ponte Tresa, unterwegs kommt man an Supermärkten vorbei. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Wohnküche gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Cons:

Im Bad ist die Duschkopfhalterung lose, sodass das Duschen etwas unbequem war. In der Küche hätte wir uns über ein wenig mehr Geschirr gefreut. Aber das ist Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Pros:

Giancarlo made us feel very welcome. We felt secure, and liked that we had the kitchen for making light meals and balcony for extra outdoor space. We had a great week boating on the lake with friends and the Minerva residence was excellent value for money with the right mix of amenities and location for our holiday.

L'accueil, les balcons, la vue,, le fait d'être en dehors des grands acces , la possibilité d'avoir une machine à laver le linge. Les nettoyages tous les 3-4 jours,
