good, but we will use residence inn next door as their pool is heated.
Pros:

the site and rooms were very good. the breakfast was hilton excellent

Cons:

the pool is NOT heated. this was a MAJOR dis-satisfyer for my wife and me. either discount the price somewhat, or plainly state in the amenities list that the pool is not heated.

I’d stay there again!
Pros:

Breakfast was~ Amazing~ possibly the BEST hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! The A/C is our first room was broke so we were moved to another room. The hotel is showing its age on spotted/stained carpets and dingy corners in the bathroom. The place is clean and comfortable but could use some attention on the small details.

Broken A/C, questionable stains on carpet

The shower water pressure was low and took forever to finish my bath. And the breakfast was not that good.
The sofa bed mattress was old and needs to get replaced

Great stay, would choose again!
Pros:

Great location for my stay. Was helpful to have a full fridge and mini kitchenette. Continental breakfast was great, one of the best breakfasts we have had at a hotel.

They know our name there. We stay often and they are kind. Has everything we need when we are out of town.

Nice room but facilities closed and paper plates unacceptable.

Nice big room and was clean.

Cons:

Pool was closed - no mention of this on booking.com from what I have seen.
Small towels, 2-ply (rather than 3-ply) toilet paper.
Breakfast was limited and we were made to eat off of paper plates and use plastic cutlery!
Not what I would typically expect of a Hilton Hotel.
