Not worth the prices they charge. I'd look for other options next time.
Pros:

Good location. Front desk was very friendly and gave some good tips. Included breakfast was decent/good and servers were friendly.

Cons:

The room itself was claustrophobic and dated - not something i expected after paying more than $500 for a night. The carpet on the floor was soaking wet when I arrived since a window had been left open. Parking is a little bit of a hassle but understandable given the location. It didnt help that similar rooms were almost $200 cheaper at the same hotel on the day we arrived.

Location was great, close to restaurants and shops. Parking was close and a good rate through the hotel.

Cons:

Air conditioning was poor, the second night we had a fan which helped.

Ok for a one night stay in the center of Galway. Parking was offsite. Make sure they give you a room for non-handicapped

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des hotels ist super. Alles was man benötigt war auf dem Zimmer vorhanden. Rituals Produkte haben beeindruckt. Kaffee und Tee sind sehr positiv aufgefallen.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Speisen beim Frühstück waren sehr gut jedoch leider der Service im Restaurant etwas Unaufmerksam und Vergesslich. Die Türe zur Küche gerade wenn man daneben sitzt ist seh laut sie knallt sehr. Allgemein ist es sehr hellhörig gewesen.

It is supremely located, walkable to Galway town.the rooms are lovely and the breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Cons:

We had some room issues upon arrival but it seems that was a Booking.com error not the site. The parking is confusing to find and get to.

Aufgrund eines Defekts in den gebuchten Zimmern wurden wir leider auf ein anderes Hotel umgebucht.

Wir freuten uns riesig auf diese Unterkunft, da es unser Favorit der Reise war. Leider wurde uns bei der Ankunft mitgeteilt, dass wir in ein anderes Hotel umgebucht wurden, da die beiden gebuchten Zimmer aufgrund eines Defekts nicht vergeben werden können. Die Hotel Managerin war sehr sehr freundlich und sie hat uns alles in Ruhe erklärt. Das neue Hotel war das Leonardo Hotel ebenfalls im Zentrum von Galway. Dies war etwas teurer und das Hydehotel übernahm die Preisdifferenz. Sollten wir wieder einmal nach Galway kommen, werden wir wieder das Hyde Hotel buchen.

Cons:

Dass es mit der Übernachtung in diesem Hotel leider nicht geklappt hat.
