Sparkling clean, very spacious room. Sixt car rental on site.
Great localisation
The room was dark, not welled made, people could walk by our windows all the time as we were in sort of underground floor.
The cleaning is not done properly ( when it’s done at all )
Pool is super cloudy.
Overall very disappointed with the experience
Staff were well trained and professional and kind
It is not a 4 star hotel by any means. My room got clean once in 3 days stay. There were no glasses or cups in the room. Toilet didn’t work well. Pool was not clean. Way overpriced and overrated for the quality of facilities
Overall, nice stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton/Boulder. Staff was friendly and helpful even when it was a busy time. Our room was comfortable and clean. We didn't like the pillows - much too fluffy and uncomfortable - our friends noted this too. It would be nice to have other options for pillows.
We never had an opportunity to try happy hour buffet but it was nice that it was offered. Location was great for us. Breakfasts were very nice - lots of options (even for GF diet) and tasty too! Parking garage was easy to access and in/out was easy.
Pool was nice - would have liked to have enjoyed it more. Best of all, we felt safe - card key access required for elevators etc.
Breakfast included is very nice.
Good center city location for exploring and visiting.
I had requested 2 rooms next to each other if they didn't have connecting rooms. I called the morning of our check in to ensure our rooms were next to or close to each other. To make a long story short, the 2 rooms ended up on the same level, but not that close to each other. In addition, I was disappointed in our room. It was an odd shape... a wall separated the bed and living area, which is usually fine for suites, but in this room it made both areas odd and much smaller than expected (like they forced a suite setting in a small space). The bathroom was nice and large though and I ended up putting one of my pieces of luggage in there.
On a positive note, the breakfast was nice in the morning.
In the future, I will look at other options to stay though.
My son's cross country team went to Colorado for training and team building. On the way to their destination, they stayed the night at Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder. My son said the front desk staff was patient and organized, as this was a large group of young men, coaches, and chaperones! He said the grounds and rooms were clean and beautiful and made a point to share that the breakfast was amazing.
We had an especially wonderful experience with the housekeeping manager, Kory. My son accidentally left his camera behind, and she went above and beyond to make sure it was returned to us. My dad was in hospice at the time, and her kindness and compassion during an incredibly difficult week meant more to me than she probably realizes. It’s rare to encounter that level of genuine care and customer service. I’m so grateful to her and to the hotel for having someone like her on their team.
Great location, spacious rooms, omelettes for breakfast.
L’accueil du personnel et l’emplacement
Pas très propre et le lit de nos enfants n’étaient pas fait
Good value accommodation within walking district of the Pearl Street downtown area. Comfortable rooms and good facilities
A great location near shops and restaurants and 29th street shopping. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was great.
The gym was closed for a few days and the sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable due to springs.
I’m a Hilton Honors member, and this is the worst Embassy I’ve stayed at. Location was good, but many things went wrong and there was minimal effort to make our stay better (just slap a bandaid on). We drove all the way from South Texas for a disappointing experience. We stayed three nights. We checked in and our first room was ok but the balcony door was jammed and the safe didn’t work, so we asked if it could get fixed while we went hiking and got out on the town. Arrived back in the evening and nothing had been done, so I just requested another room, as the safe was essential. We got moved around 9 pm to a room on another floor, so we had to repack and take our things after along trip and day. I had some medicine that needed refrigerated, and in the heat of moving to another room late in the evening, we forgot it. The new room looked better but the AC was blowing extremely loud and hard, impossible to sleep. They sent a technician and he confirmed it was too loud and dysfunctional but too late in the evening to completely troubleshoot. We toughed it out and just waited for the next day. They gave us another room the next day, and it was fine but it was actually a downgrade. However, I realized my medication was missing, I reached out to staff only to be informed that my $300 meds were thrown away by cleaning staff. We had just been moved and we were still in the hotel, why no lost and found or inform us we left it behind? At breakfast, the staff was nice but also not too accommodating. Breakfast closes at 9am, but by 8:40am, if you missed the bacon or other items, it’s too late for them to refill it since it’s almost closing time. They start closing shop well before 9am, and make it known anything you request is doable but an inconvenience, except for bacon, no bacon. We were 1800 miles away from home, trying to enjoy the Rockies, so we just made the best of it. Hotel is ok, but customer service needs extreme development. It was a terrible experience, but we loved Boulder and Rocky Mountain National Park. I would recommend staying elsewhere if you are planning on staying more than one night.
There was bottled water at the front desk every morning. The coffee was available each morning by 6 which was very much appreciated!. The staff was friendly and courteous..
We came to Boulder for one night to get acclimated before heading to the mountains. It is a cute town and based on reviews of this hotel, we thought this would fit what we needed. Because we went in the summer and it was 90 degrees, we chose to drive to Pearl street as it is about a 20 minute walk there. There was only one staff checking people in and they needed an additional person as there was a line. The lobby is nice and updated and it's great that they have both bottled water and a filling station. The omelet bar at breakfast at the hotel is great. The rooms are where the downfall lies - a few other reviewers mentioned it too. It was clean, but the rooms need a major refresh. The floor tiles were cracked and furniture were worn. It needs painting too. For what we paid, it was not up to par. And although it was nice to have a mountain view, I don't think it's worth the price. With a little update, this hotel could be very nice.
Location. Great breakfast.
Parking was a little unclear.
This is my go-to hotel in Boulder for business visits from the UK. The rooms are comfortable with a good layout and plenty of space. The omelettes at breakfast are excellent. and the happy hour is the best part of the day - every day ;-) Great work from the bar crew of Temple, Owen, Keith and Madeline made for a happy 9 night stay. Highly recommended... Hopefully see you in September.....
