Pros:

Localização. Muito perto de tudo

Cons:

O primeiro quarto oferecido estava com um cheiro insuportável de esgoto. Creio que por deficiência de algum ralo. Incrível como alguém não sentir aquele cheiro e considerar o quarto como "pronto" para o hóspede. Depois o quarto foi trocado e tudo bem.
Outro ponto foi o estacionamento. Mesmo sabendo que é terceirizado, é um serviço oferecido por vocês no Booking. Quando fui pegar o carro, simplesmente não encontraram a chave. Tive que esperar por 40 minutos a chegada do funcionário do turno anterior, pra ajudar a procurar.
Além disso, o parachoque traseiro tinha uma pequena avaria que não existia, quando deixei o carro. Relatei isso ao segurança/manobrista.

Muito difícil ter algo para gostar. Talvez que o check-in e check-out foram rápidos.

Cons:

Hotel parece de filme de terror, quarto cheio de mofo, cheiro insuportável. Conseguiu competir com o Braston em São Paulo que foi o pior hotel que ja fiquei na vida. Roupa de cama.suja e amarelada, travesseiros com cheiro de mofo. Não recomendo nem de graça.

Café da manhã recomendo. Muito bem servido. Minha companheira é intolerante a lactose e notei que tinham leite para intolerante,nisso eu parabenizo tbm. A localização excelente. Recepcionistas super atenciosos.

Nos deram o 4º andar, não tivemos uma vista boa.

Funcionários muito atenciosos. Acomodações limpas. Pudemos ficar com a nossa cachorra, uma labrador.

Cons:

O café da manhã poderia ser melhor, pois, além de oferecerem poucas opções de frutas, o presunto estava “grudento” e com cheiro forte. Acredito que tenhamos pego um dia em que o hotel estava com a ocupação alta, pois foi um valor bem acima da média.
