Please be aware that there is a Pub/Restaurant beneath the hotel, and there is Live Music on Friday and Saturday evenings. Music stops at 11pm, however, noise from such events may be heard from the rooms. Our staff do their best to make sure the noise level is kept at a minimum, however this is not guaranteed.

Bed was to soft for me
Lovely pub, really friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean and nicely presented. Great food.
Not a dislike exactly, but the room was very small. Fine for an overnight but wouldn't be great for much longer.
The staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Although there was nothing we fancied on their menu, they were happy enough for us to go & get something from one of the local takeaways, just 5-10 minutes walk away, & then provided us with plates & cutlery to eat outside (outside was our choice).
The full English breakfast the next morning was fantastic.

It was a nice old style apartment, the breakfast was good. For a small city like Derby and short notice that we had it was a good choice.
There was no slippers in the room, I suggest that if they can put 2-3 hotel style slippers in the room it will be much better.
