Really enjoyable stay. Will book again next time we are looking to stay in the area.
Pros:

Great location for local attractions. Staff made you welcome & comfortable, very helpful. Room was just right, cleanliness was exceptional. Breakfast (continental) had lots of choice: cereal, fruit, toast, pastries, yogurt. More than enough to the start the day off.

Cons:

Parking was limited & a little bit cramped, but a space was available.

Pros:

The staff were really helpful and accommodating on our arrival and even offered to box up our Continental breakfast and put by our door as we were leaving early on check out and breakfast run wasn't opened that early. The room was exactly as described and had a spacious and clean bathroom. The location was great as there were supermarkets, pubs and takeaways all within walking distance from the lawns.

Cons:

It was extremely difficult to park, due to the spaces being very small and many people taking up two spaces.

Amazing welcome, breakfast and room size. Dog friendly
Pros:

The evening meal was sensational. Huge portions. Great meal night offers, it was curry night on a Tuesday. Such good value as includes a wine or pint

Cons:

Only because I had the dog with me. I had a large case, dog bed, her food and bowls. I struggled with the fire doors and stairs, on my own.I realise it is a requirement for the doors, but holding a dog lead and my belongings, i had it closing on my body
