Desayuno bien, nos toco que estaba completo el hotel pero sin problemas.
El estacionamiento ya no alcanza.

La ubicacion no esta mal. El personal es amable y muy servicial.
Las instalaciones son viejas y se escucha todo, hasta el agua que corre del inodoro. En mi habitación dejaron cubiertos sucios y en el bufete había también vajilla sucia. No me gusto que no pongan atención a esos detalles .

Bed was to hard not comfortable at all I had to buy air mattress for comfort.

LA ALBERCA ESTA CON CLIMATIZADA ASI QUE SE DISFRUTO AL MAXIMO CON NIÑOS , PORQUE EL CLIMA NO ESTABA ASOLEADO Y FUE GENIAL .
EL PRECIO QUE ME DIO BOOKING , EN EL HOTEL ME DIERON OTRA TARIFA MAS BAJA E INCLUIA DESAYUNO
Rooms where clean, beds where comfortable
The hotel had cup noodles for sell but no forks or spoons.
I had requested my rooms to be closed and they where but I was expecting side by side so just be specific with what you want.
Muy buena ubicación y una muy bonita vista
Nos asignaron una habitación e hicimos el check-in y al ingresar a la habitación nos percatamos que había un chimen... en el baño fui a recepción y con todo gusto nos hicieron el cambio de habitación sin embargo en la segunda habitación volvimos a encontrar chimenes en el lavabo del baño además de que en este mismo había mucho cabello suelto... La falta de mantenimiento a la alberca y el inmobiliario de jardinería estaba roto solamente servían dos camastros, en cuestión del desayuno que venía incluido con nuestra habitación primero no nos dieron los servicios básicos como café ni nada nosotros tuvimos que pararnos a adquirirlos y servirnos y al momento de pedir nuestra orden y cómo queríamos nuestros huevos en este caso tardaron muchísimo en tomar la orden y tardaron muchísimo más en servirla y al momento de llegar estaba mal dos platillos desde el primer momento pedí una taza para té y me la entregaron hasta que termine de comer y ya habían recogido mi mesa, cabe mencionar que falta la actitud de servicio por parte del personal de la cocina
Camas comodísimas, alberca climatizada, limpieza de la habitación, excelente.
