A surprise luxury stay
Pros:

Fantastic staff who made the stay feel very luxurious from the moment they greeted us. Loved being able to come down for soba in our yukata, and a fantastic selection of local sake. The art in the hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are very thoughtfully laid out. Our balcony overlooked a local temple which was stunning. The bath with jets was also appreciated, which combined with the salt soak they provided helped with sore bodies after a long day of exploring. By far one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at, and a surprise gem as it wasn't particularly expensive for what they provided. Thank you to the staff for helping to create a wonderful memory.

Cons:

Nothing - I wish I could go back already.

Lovely hotel in a great location and a very welcoming staff.
Pros:

Hotel staff was so welcoming and the room was beautiful--we had a terrace room which was really nice in the morning. The bathroom was very well appointed and the breakfast was amazaaaaazing--not the cheapest option, but well worth it. Extremely well located to most everything we wanted to do--an easy walk to everything. Highly recommend this spot

Pros:

A young man at front desk, Mr. Utsunomiya who has the Australia accent was very nice and helpful. My daughter was delighted about his accent. Despite the bush time of checking time, he welcomed us and was being very polite and tried to assist us. The soba at night was great. This was my second time staying at this hotel and I will probably stay again.

Cons:

Air conditioning was not working well and it was a bit hot inside but we didn't complain. Somehow the air filter thing worked. It was not too much problem anyway.

A budget friendly hotel
Pros:

The hotel is clean and comfortable but basic. The staff is very polite and helpful. It is not in a particularly attractive area of Kanazawa, but it is still quite close to attractions such as the Castle. The price/night was very reasonable.

Cons:

There is too little room for luggage and clothes.

Perfect Stay for Kanazawa with great hospitality.
Pros:

The location is perfect to explore Kanazawa. You are right in the action and can get to any sightseeing spot sometimes within minutes.
We had a small balcony that was well maintained, perfect for a quick drink after a long day of walking.
The personal was quick to help with any problem. Mails get answered fast and the support is the best if seen in a long time.
I also had a great personal experience with a staff member that could speak my native language.

The accommodation had everything we needed and the location is really great.
If i ever visit Kanazawa anew, i would stay here again.

great place to stay
Pros:

we were able to check in early. It was a big room with our own balcony with table and chairs. There was a nice space to sit and have coffee.

Loved our stay.
