Amazing location and beautiful hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel.
Very close to the the city centre
We were very happy to have the possibility to enjoy complimentary coffee, excellent apple and orange juice as well as the soba.
Staff very nice and friendly.
Washing machine available and very well maintained
I really recommend this hotel

Spotless and friendly
Pros:

I liked the lobby and the screens over the door of your room. The front desk people were super polite and helpful. The room was clean and I liked having two sinks and a little more space. I never used the bath (shower instead) but it looked inviting and I liked the supplies (incl bath salts).

Cons:

I know this is traditional but I found the bed far too hard and the pillows too hard and flat. And although it was close to the castle, we only walked through the castle and gardens once whereas one goes out to eat several times during a three night stay and there wasn’t much immediately around us. In hindsight, I would have preferred to stay closer to Higashi Chaya.

Splendid!
Pros:

Room was very clean, very well designed, a combination of modern and traditional Japanese room. Love the aesthetic and the bathroom experience. Staff were polite, friendly and professional. Love the bonus soba at 9pm. Will definitely recommend this accomodation to friends, and will hopefully be able to return to stay there again in the future.

Pros:

The staff were welcoming and spoke good English. The hotel was beautifully decorated throughout and our room was superb- comfy beds, outside terrace, very clean and well equipped. There were free drinks and evening noodles available as well.

Best hotel for Kanazawa
Pros:

Great room with barh. Large room.. Central location, all sights within 20 minutes walkimg. Market 6 minutes walking. Free drinks, sweets and soup at night. Kimono to wear in hotel, nice! Nearby breakfast locations: Chubbyhub (great coffee and wrap) and Spark & Co (dark bread with avocado, very strong coffee....).
