The location is great, the room was very comfortable, we had everything we needed and everyone was friendly. Having a washer/dryer available to us was also very useful

Cons:

Very limited clothes storage space. But not a big deal.

Pros:

Good service, clean and unique rooms, and located in a great place. I would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to feel genuinely comfortable and at home in their hotel. I wanted to stay for longer not just because of the amazing city but also because of this amazing hotel!

Amazing staff, very good hotel!
Pros:

Super friendly staff who really seemed to care. They helped us book restaurants. Nice big room and great location! Very relaxing and spacious.

Cons:

Air conditioning was a bit noisy but otherwise great!

Welcoming hotel really close to Kanazawa castle and gardens
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Personalised check in process. Large lobby area where excellent breakfast are also served. Tea/coffee/ juices available all day and tasty, free noodles available after 9pm. Easy 10 minute walk to castle and 15 to the gardens.

Cons:

While the room was very comfortable it relied on natural light coming through the glass enclosed bathroom area and the door to the ‘terrace’ (which is a is a bit oversold in the advertising- it’s a balcony, and on the 3rd floor at least there was no view due to the the building directly opposite.) If you put the blinds to the toilet down for privacy then it got dark enough to have to turn lights on during the day. Perhaps better on higher floors?
