Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa

Hanoian Central Hotel have a great location, easy to walk to the market and train street. Staff could never do enough to make our trip comfortable. They went above and beyond. The rooms were spacious, showers even more spacious and I slept like a dream. Breakfast was extensive, with European, Asian and sufficient for me as a vegan. There honestly was so much choice. I search for anything negative to say and can find nothing. This hotel was definitely a great experience. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. The staff was outstanding: super attentive, always friendly, supportive and more than professional. Restaurant, the room itself, gym and the whole experience really stood out from comparable Hotels. We will definitely come Back at our next trip.

The hotel atmosphere is elegant, and the hall aroma is excellent. The rooms are very comfortable, the accommodation is very comfortable, and the staff is very friendly.

This hotel is amazing. The staff and service was exceptional throughout the entire hotel. A great buffet breakfast and everything was very clean. The spa facilities are lovely and open late too. Andrew in customer service was particularly amazing! 100% would recommend.

From this wonderful hotel, our tour of Vietnam began. We received a warm welcome with an upgrade; our room was magnificent. The location is excellent, super central, and the breakfast is very varied. The staff is extremely kind, but more than anyone, Antony makes the difference, attentive and very helpful. Even though we do not speak perfect English, we understood each other immediately. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel and are so happy with our choice. Everything was flawless. The reception service was excellent Antony, Elsa and a huge thank you goes to Tiffany, who was incredibly kind, sweet, and attentive to us. The restaurant also exceeded our expectations, the food was absolutely delicious. If you are looking for a place with great service and wonderful food, look no further. Highly recommended.

Loved everything about our stay. The hotel is beautifully designed and located right in the center of the Old Quarter action. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of local and international options. The rooms were modern, sleek, and very clean. Special thanks to the front desk team for being so welcoming and professional.

Loved this place so much!!! We had the best time here in Hanoi. The staff were incredibly sweet, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. They guided us during the trip, helped us book great places to visit, and even assisted us in getting better cab prices on Grab through their discounts.
A special mention to Antony he was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help us, from arranging an early check-in to assisting us with things far beyond his line of work. He was genuinely kind, caring, and wonderful with guests. Hands down one of the best staff experiences we’ve ever had. Would 10/10 recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Had a wonderful stay at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa. The airport pickup was easy and quick, the front desk staff was extremely helpful. Antony communicated with me and answered questions through WhatsApp, which is a thoughtful resource when visiting a country. The location is perfect for exploring the old quarter. The rooms were clean comfortable. I got a Deluxe room and I really enjoyed the view over the old quarter.

Everything you could expect hospitality wise, you can get here. Mid-range budget hotel in terms of western travellers but service provided way out weighs what you pay. Couldn’t be more helpful. Early check in, late check out. clean rooms and breakfast all you can ask for a long hot day exploring the city.

Friendly staff, excellent service, great location

Great location 10 mins walk to train street, the rooms were spacious and extremely clean, glass doors on balcony blocked out all the noise, breakfast was a nice range to choose from and the service attendants were friendly and helpful. Great value for money and would highly recommend your stay there.

The Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa was brilliant place to retreat from the busy streets of Hanoi, with excellent amenities and the best part was the service. Big shout out to Jack who helped us get booked in with speed and took his time to personally oversee how our stay was going for the time we were there, he even gave us a lovely layout of the city, gave his personal recommendations and helped sort out our transports. The trip would not have been so easy if it wasn’t for Mike. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great experience at the hotel. The staff were over the top helpful and friendly. Many spoke good English. The free breakfast buffet was really good with both Vietnamese and western alternatives. Staff was there to help with luggage, activities in town and even helping get a driver to my next destination. I extended my stay because of the quality of the hotel and the staff. Staff members of note were Tiffany, Elsa, Andrew, Jack and Henry. But many others who handled breakfast and housekeeping that I don’t know their names were also very very good.
