Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa

The smiles, kindness, and accurate response of all the hotel staff I met were very impressive. After checking out, they let us use the shower room before heading to the airport. In this climate where people sweat when they go out, I felt it was an exceptional service with a customer in mind.

I needed a hotel in the Old Quarter on very short notice. This was selected based on the very positive reviews on TripAdvisor. The hotel was beautiful and did not disappoint, but Elsa was the highlight of our stay. You expect hotel staff to be courteous, but she exceeded expectations. Essentially, she became like our personal concierge with so many great recommendations. We’ve stayed all over the world, including beautiful hotels like the Four Seasons with high-level service professionals, and Elsa and team were top notch and made us feel so special. If we’re in Hanoi in the future, we would definitely stay here and I highly recommend others do, too. It was wonderful and our friends really enjoyed it.

Right at check-in, we were welcomed with a thoughtfully curated list of local experiences and unique places to explore around the city, which was incredibly helpful. Throughout our entire stay, the level of caring support from the staff was excellent, they made us feel very well looked after during such a special trip. She took a genuine interest in ensuring we enjoyed our stay, helping to anticipate our needs and making our time there incredibly smooth and comfortable. We stayed at the Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa. Our stay was amazing. Anotny, our personal concierge, and the rest of the staff made all of us feel very welcome and special. They were friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were kind and efficient there, as well. Our room was clean and comfortable, and all of the amenities worked perfectly. The hotel location is perfect, and we were close to everything we wanted to see and do.We loved our stay, and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The team were very attentive and kind, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. The food was delicious and the hotel was a perfect place to recharge before our long flight home. Location is also amazing as so close to the large atmospheric lake.

Nice hotel and in a very good location, it’s only a 10-15 minutes walk to the lake so it’s right at the center, but in the more peaceful side of the old quarter. All the rooms come with a good and filling breakfast buffet. Hotel staff also made it a wonderful experience, special mention to Andrew for being very helpful.

Elsa and Andrew is the best

The hotel and the rooms are modern and comfortable and the location is incredible, right in the heart of Hanoi. The food is also very very nice. But the star of this hotel is the staff: from the front desk, to the restaurant and the spa, they made us feel welcome and at home at all times, specially Elsa. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Hanoi.

We loved the hospitality we enjoyed our stay here. On our check-in Miss Tiffany welcomed us with welcome drinks and gave clear information about our room, the services we were going to enjoy and also gave tour details which we asked for.The room was awesome. It had all the necessary toiletries and items. Overall the room was so cozy and comfortable. We slept like a baby. We were there for short period of time. But the staff members were so polite and lovely that we will remember them and their hospitality. Thank you very much to the Hanoian Central Staff Team.

Tiffany demonstrated great attentiveness, resourcefulness and a clear understanding of what we wanted to experience in Hanoi. Her suggestions for dining and coffee spots were exceptional. We visited the places she recommended and they truly exceeded our expectations- the coffee was outstanding and the food was incredible. On the morning of our departure Tiffany even arranged breakfast for us. I highly recommend this hotel and encourage you to connect with Tiffany for an unforgettable stay.

Great solution for visiting the center of Hanoi and also enjoying some relaxation. Adjacent services and showers are very clean.Very friendly staff. Had a couples massage, it was very relaxing. We went there for convenience. Very rich and good breakfast. Room and all common areas are very clean.

We adored our stay here. The amenities were very nice, the view was incredible, the location phenomenal, and the food delightful. Easy walking to fun activities. Everyone who helped us, from check in to dining to check out, was kind and helpful. Staying here was an unforgettable experience and I will definitely be back the next time I get to come to Hanoi.

Hanoian Central Hotel have a great location, easy to walk to the market and train street. Staff could never do enough to make our trip comfortable. They went above and beyond. The rooms were spacious, showers even more spacious and I slept like a dream. Breakfast was extensive, with European, Asian and sufficient for me as a vegan. There honestly was so much choice. I search for anything negative to say and can find nothing. This hotel was definitely a great experience. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. The staff was outstanding: super attentive, always friendly, supportive and more than professional. Restaurant, the room itself, gym and the whole experience really stood out from comparable Hotels. We will definitely come Back at our next trip.

The hotel atmosphere is elegant, and the hall aroma is excellent. The rooms are very comfortable, the accommodation is very comfortable, and the staff is very friendly.

This hotel is amazing. The staff and service was exceptional throughout the entire hotel. A great buffet breakfast and everything was very clean. The spa facilities are lovely and open late too. Andrew in customer service was particularly amazing! 100% would recommend.

From this wonderful hotel, our tour of Vietnam began. We received a warm welcome with an upgrade; our room was magnificent. The location is excellent, super central, and the breakfast is very varied. The staff is extremely kind, but more than anyone, Antony makes the difference, attentive and very helpful. Even though we do not speak perfect English, we understood each other immediately. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel and are so happy with our choice. Everything was flawless.
