Great location 10 mins walk to train street, the rooms were spacious and extremely clean, glass doors on balcony blocked out all the noise, breakfast was a nice range to choose from and the service attendants were friendly and helpful. Great value for money and would highly recommend your stay there.
The Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa was brilliant place to retreat from the busy streets of Hanoi, with excellent amenities and the best part was the service. Big shout out to Jack who helped us get booked in with speed and took his time to personally oversee how our stay was going for the time we were there, he even gave us a lovely layout of the city, gave his personal recommendations and helped sort out our transports. The trip would not have been so easy if it wasn’t for Mike. Would definitely stay here again.
Had a great experience at the hotel. The staff were over the top helpful and friendly. Many spoke good English. The free breakfast buffet was really good with both Vietnamese and western alternatives. Staff was there to help with luggage, activities in town and even helping get a driver to my next destination. I extended my stay because of the quality of the hotel and the staff. Staff members of note were Tiffany, Elsa, Andrew, Jack and Henry. But many others who handled breakfast and housekeeping that I don’t know their names were also very very good.

Very nice and clean hotel in the middle of the city. Everything is within easy walking distance. The service is top-notch and we were treated like VIPs. We will definitely come back with our adult kids because there are many activities for young adults in this area. We enjoyed it very much.

Location is very convenient and breakfast is fine. Room is basically good.
I feel some a kind of smell about mold in the room. It is not so strong but it is better to improve it.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is centrally located and charming, and is a short walk to both the lake and some of the quieter streets in the old quarter. Our room and all the facilities (including the gym and daily breakfast!) were all excellent and very comfortable.
The service was always friendly and very attentive. My wife loved the decor of the hotel. We found it to also be in a great location for everything we wanted to do and see, the area was very walkable. The service was fantastic right up to them walking us safely across the street to our grab and staying to wave as we drove off. The service didn’t stop there they even reached out to us to make sure we arrived at the airport safely. I’m not sure how we picked this hotel from all the hotels in Hanoi but I’m sure glad we did.

We stayed for two nights...The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and cooperative during the stay...they guidedus through seamless early checkin and later helped us effortlessly with all guidance in and around hanoi....special mention to Andrew for being super helpful at our time of need...the hotel location was super convenient....would love to stay back again at Hanoian central...10/10 recommended.
Mình chấm 10 điểm vì cách xử lý dịch vụ của các bạn lễ tân. Khéo léo chăm sóc khiến khách hàng cảm thấy như đang ở nhà. Ngoài ra có bellman thì luôn mở cửa cho mình khi rảnh tay. Có một mình a thấy cũng tất bật lắm ấy. A thường xuyên phải xách đồ cho khách lên xuống. Ks đang làm tốt việc này.
Tôi đi cùng gia đình và mọi người đều cảm thấy rất thoải mái. Khách sạn rất phù hợp với việc du lịch theo gia đình

Such an amazing experience to have the chance to stay here. All thanks to Antony, who was super warm, welcoming, and attentive. He always checked in to make sure we were comfortable, asked about what we wanted to eat, and paid attention to our needs. The room was also clean, spacious, and had a lovely vintage interior. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter, so it’s easy to walk everywhere. The hotel also provided us with a map highlighting the must-visit spots in hanoi, which was really helpful. Definitely will recommend and will be back.
We had a wonderful stay in Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa . Our room was soundproof even with a window , which allowed us to haver a resful sleep. The A/C was much needed during a heat wave where temperatures reach 40 . The complementary breakfast was excellent with a la carte food/coffee and a buffet . The staff were excellent .
Das Hotel bietet ausreichend Platz und eine sehr zentrale Lage. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und abwechslungsreich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals – sei es beim Buchen eines Taxis, bei der Organisation von Ausflügen oder beim Early Check-in.
