Comoda per visitare la città: ne’ troppo vicina al caos delle vie dei mercati, ne’ troppo lontana dalla vita (la piazza centrale vicino al lago dista appena 8 minuti a piedi). Camere ampie e pulitissime. Personale attento e molto preciso, hanno gestito le mie prenotazioni dei servizi in modo impeccabile. Hanno anche organizzato un servizio taxi privato per vedere all’alba il villaggio degli incensi per poi portarmi direttamente in aeroporto con un prezzo davvero competitivo: super!

Breakfast was a good selection with fresh fruit, rice, cereal, ready to make omelets or egg dishes. Decent selection of bread and pastries and juices. I think all I would prefer is more meat selections, but there was still enough. Nice massage treatment on sight. Like sitting in the lobby with the fish. Also decent location in the old quarter.

We stayed at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa. After a long flight, we were picked up from the airport in a car that they had arranged for us and they welcomed us to the hotel with welcome drink fruit and tea. Every member of staff was so welcoming and attentive, but I would particularly like to thank Tiffany who acted as our own personal concierge with advice, recommendations and booking support through WhatsApp - even after we departed the hotel. They noted that I had mentioned the rooms were quite cosy (I think probably normal sized by Vietnamese standards). We also ate at the restaurant which was really good and obviously very popular with guests outside the hotel and enjoyed happy hour at their restaurant. This hotel made our entire stay in Vietnam memorable.

I stayed at the beautiful Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa and I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were helpful and kind. The breakfast and spa (massage) were top notch. Location in the old quarter was perfect and made joining tours easy. It was really helpful that everyone was able to speak excellent English to help me get around. The staff made my time in Hanoi very special.

Excellent location, quality, value for money and most of all exceptional staff. Everything about this hotel experience was above our expectations and excellent in every aspect. The service was outstanding from the staff in the restaurant, the reception, cleaning and spa. Great value for money, outstanding food.

Wow, wow, wow. I can’t say enough about this amazing hotel. The service is hands down the best we’ve ever experienced and we travel quite a bit. Every single staff member goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of. And whatever you do, don’t skip the spa. If you don’t book a massage, you’ll miss out on one of the most blissful experiences imaginable. The BEST massage I’ve ever had. A special thank you to Jack and Tri you both are absolutely incredible. Your skill, kindness, and attention to detail made this an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Location was great and staff were super friendly and attentive. The amenities were great and breakfast had some wonderful options. Special mention to Andrew for accommodating all of our requests and be extra thoughtful by packing us a takeaway breakfast for our trip back home. I will definitely stay here again.

The smiles, kindness, and accurate response of all the hotel staff I met were very impressive. After checking out, they let us use the shower room before heading to the airport. In this climate where people sweat when they go out, I felt it was an exceptional service with a customer in mind.

I needed a hotel in the Old Quarter on very short notice. This was selected based on the very positive reviews on TripAdvisor. The hotel was beautiful and did not disappoint, but Elsa was the highlight of our stay. You expect hotel staff to be courteous, but she exceeded expectations. Essentially, she became like our personal concierge with so many great recommendations. We’ve stayed all over the world, including beautiful hotels like the Four Seasons with high-level service professionals, and Elsa and team were top notch and made us feel so special. If we’re in Hanoi in the future, we would definitely stay here and I highly recommend others do, too. It was wonderful and our friends really enjoyed it.

We stayed at the Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa. Our stay was amazing. Anotny, our personal concierge, and the rest of the staff made all of us feel very welcome and special. They were friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were kind and efficient there, as well. Our room was clean and comfortable, and all of the amenities worked perfectly. The hotel location is perfect, and we were close to everything we wanted to see and do.We loved our stay, and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The team were very attentive and kind, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. The food was delicious and the hotel was a perfect place to recharge before our long flight home. Location is also amazing as so close to the large atmospheric lake.

Nice hotel and in a very good location, it’s only a 10-15 minutes walk to the lake so it’s right at the center, but in the more peaceful side of the old quarter. All the rooms come with a good and filling breakfast buffet. Hotel staff also made it a wonderful experience, special mention to Andrew for being very helpful.

Elsa and Andrew is the best

The hotel and the rooms are modern and comfortable and the location is incredible, right in the heart of Hanoi. The food is also very very nice. But the star of this hotel is the staff: from the front desk, to the restaurant and the spa, they made us feel welcome and at home at all times, specially Elsa. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Hanoi.

We loved the hospitality we enjoyed our stay here. On our check-in Miss Tiffany welcomed us with welcome drinks and gave clear information about our room, the services we were going to enjoy and also gave tour details which we asked for.The room was awesome. It had all the necessary toiletries and items. Overall the room was so cozy and comfortable. We slept like a baby. We were there for short period of time. But the staff members were so polite and lovely that we will remember them and their hospitality. Thank you very much to the Hanoian Central Staff Team.
