10/10 pour ce joli petit hôtel
Pros:

Tout était parfait. Mais surtout la gentillesse des propriétaires ! Un petit hôtel à recommander les yeux fermés !
Nous avons pu avoir la chambre plus vite que prévu (très arrangeant car attendu aux cabines pour un mariage), une place de parking et un petit cadeau lors de notre départ.
Un service client, une attention aux détails, un magnifique buffet de petit-déjeuner, bref le genre d’endroit et de service qui tait tellement plaisir de nos jours !
Seul regret, ne pas avoir eu le temps de tester le SPA qui avait l’air génial !

Lovely hotel in central Grachen and I highly recommend it and would definately stay again.
Pros:

The owners and their staff were incredibly helpful and made my daughter and I feel very welcome. The hotel has a very good spa which you can book for private sessions. The breakfasts were excellent and we really appreciated the owner's attentiveness. Nothing was too difficult and we just really felt welcome throughout our stay. Oh and the view from our bedroom window was exceptional!

Top, sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Die persönliche Betreuung des Wirtepaares, die Freundlichkeit. wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Selten so etwas erlebt an Gastfreundschaft.

All the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Communications prior to arrival were excellent. Spa is gorgeous area to relax in.

Cons:

No kettle in the room, but otherwise very comfortable. Lovely balcony and amazing mountain view’s.
