Excellent hotel, beautiful rooms and pool area. We ate at the restaurant and the pool bar, both were excellent!
Wij vonden het ontbijt heerlijk en het personeel bij het ontbijt was ook super vriendelijk. We vonden sommige receptie personeelsleden met name een dame erg onvriendelijk.
Je hebt echt een prachtig uitzicht en een heerlijk zwembad en alles is erg schoon.
Onze airco deed het de eerste paar dagen niet en toen we daarna vroegen werd er allereerst weinig gehoor aangegeven bij deze specifieke dame bij de receptie. Vervolgens ben ik naar iemand anders gegaan en die heeft er gelijk op geacteerd en het opgelost..
Het hotel moet wel je smaak zijn, want de kamers zijn zo extreem donker dat wij ons er niet prettig voelde.
Beautiful views, well appointed and large room. Service was great, breakfast was excellent and the spa and pool area were really good - wish we had taken more advantage of them. A quiet neighbourhood that is still close to all the action. We were going to stay in Flores but really glad we stayed here instead.
Minor ones - the room was pretty dark - some more lighting around the bathroom area would be valuable and there was no toilet paper holder.
The hotel was beautiful and very well appointed. The location and the views were amazing and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever experienced.

Das Bad ist leider ein Kritikpunkt. Der Einstieg in die Dusche ist sooo schmal , dass mein seitlich rein muss ( obwohl ich sehr schlank bin) .Ein grosser Mensch hat da gar nicht Platz, ebenso das WC, da ist der Deckel instabil!!!

The pool suite is a must try! The little details made it extra special. Welcome gift with a hand written note and a physical key.. we really appreciated that!

Posizione del ristorante con vista fiume
La parte ristorante /colazione non ha coperture sufficienti per impedire al sole alla mattina di scaldare i tavoli e quindi si è costretti a fare colazione all’interno perdendo la vista su fiume e città
La parte di sdraio davanti alla piccola piscina e’ di sole 8 sdraio . Praticamente impossibile trovarle libere. Gli ombrelloni sono traforati … mai visti prima e riparano approssimativamente dal sole
La stanza era senza bidet. Il cambio di sapone ormai consumato l’ ho dovuto richiedere. Le salviette sono vecchie ed un giorno ce ne hanno portata una tutta sfilacciata. Mai capitato e di viaggi ne abbiamo fatti.
Il personale è estremamente formale e poco empatico. Albergo di molta forma ma di pessima sostanza. Non vale assolutamente il costo.
