Posizione del ristorante con vista fiume

Cons:

La parte ristorante /colazione non ha coperture sufficienti per impedire al sole alla mattina di scaldare i tavoli e quindi si è costretti a fare colazione all’interno perdendo la vista su fiume e città
La parte di sdraio davanti alla piccola piscina e’ di sole 8 sdraio . Praticamente impossibile trovarle libere. Gli ombrelloni sono traforati … mai visti prima e riparano approssimativamente dal sole
La stanza era senza bidet. Il cambio di sapone ormai consumato l’ ho dovuto richiedere. Le salviette sono vecchie ed un giorno ce ne hanno portata una tutta sfilacciata. Mai capitato e di viaggi ne abbiamo fatti.
Il personale è estremamente formale e poco empatico. Albergo di molta forma ma di pessima sostanza. Non vale assolutamente il costo.

Een zeer prettig hotel qua locatie (zicht op de stad) voor zowel kort als langer verblijf
Pros:

Het personeel is zeer attent en vriendelijk. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid met vers fruit en verse sappen en station waar ei naar wens bereid wordt. De kamers is het bijgebouw (waar wij zaten) zijn zo gepositioneerd dat je geen geluiden van andere kamers kunt horen (3 kamers per verdieping). De fietsen die we huurden konden veilig is de garage gestald worden.

Cons:

Het aantal zonnebedden is beperkt wat op sommige momenten zorgt dat niet alle gasten een plaats hebben. Hierover zou het hotel via website of bij check-in kunnen communiceren om verwachtingen van de gasten te managen.

Perfect place to tour through Porto

9 Hotels in our journey through Portugal and this was a highlight, not only because of the city. The service was very good, many beautiful areas to relax and the personnel was fun to talk to with great recommendations and a good taste of Port wine
