Pros:

Staff was good, helpful

Cons:

1.Food was average. Items ordered in the room were better. Breakfast needs improvement.
2. There was considerable leakage in the room. Water was flowing in the room from wall
3. There is a lot if scope to improve lights, decor of the room. We had booked Triple executive room.

Overall experience at Soma Vine Village was good!!
Pros:

I loved the restaurant- “Little Italy”, food here is great and wine lovers can have it with the in-house wine brewed by Soma. Staff is courteous and was helpful in providing the details whatever we had inquired about.

Cons:

Breakfast spread needs to improve as compared to other Orchid group hotels. Additionally, they have to provide a chair in the rooms apart from sofa.

I think they should provide bath tub salt and soap,a rag near the tub,a rug outside the bathroom, should provide fash wash kit, a slipper for bathroom use
