It was centrally located and we had a reasonably pleasant stay with polite and helpful staff
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean.
The air conditioner was very efficient.
The shower was also spacious.
The staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The walls of the shower looked unclean.
We weren’t told about the 20% discount available to us on booking transport with Grab. I discovered it on my last day by chance as I looked at the displaying stand in the lobby. The display continually flipped from one page to another so one can easily miss it at a quick glance. We could have saved quite a bit if we had been informed by the staff at the reception when we checked in because Grab was our mean way of getting around.

Tired, stained, and low value. Decent location though.
Pros:

Location is good. You are right on the edge of "Japan Town". Many great japanese restaurants and bars.

Cons:

This property has seen better days. It has been used and used hard. For some reason they built the interiors with some kind of dreary gray marble in the hotel that looks dirty. My shower look exceptionally dirty. The marble everywhere is dingy and just marked up. The rooms, marketed as "modernist" are just stark bare. Nothing in them. The TV is impossible to operate and I am not that technically illiterate. The hall carpeting is done, it needs to be replaced. The water pressure is feeble. The hot water is almost non existent, and takes forever to come on. The towels are thin and scratchy. This is a place that talks a good game (the tiresome marketing with "happymaxxing" slogans are everywhere). You will have to pay 750,000 for a cappucino at breakfast. No value and vibe here. Not coming back.

Our best hotel experience
Pros:

We cancelled another hotel to return here as the rooms are perfect for small families.

The staff gave us our best hotel experience and we have been to many throughout Europe and USA.

A special highlight was there responsiveness on whatsapp and the nearby familymart where we stocked up on icecream and snacks.

We honestly hesitated giving this recommendation as it would be nice to keep this place secret from other Europeans.

Cons:

In the small things department would be to have more places to hang wet towels as we showered 3-4 times a day.

Would definitely come back!
Pros:

The staff were super nice and provided as much as they could to ensure our stay was comfortable and that we were making the most out of our experience staying there. We also had something shipped to the hotel and the staff even remembered our faces and gave us the delivered item without us having to come up to them to ask for it.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was very nice, but I felt like the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner in my opinion.

The hotel is situated in a central and highly convenient location in Saigon, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore the city. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, and the entire staff consistently goes out of their way to assist with any request or need. A special mention goes to the receptionist, Mercy Skipper, who was absolutely outstanding and handled all of my requests with the utmost care and efficiency.

Since I have stayed at this property in the past, they recognized my loyalty and upgraded me for the second time to a beautiful apartment layout, complete with a separate bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a kitchen.

If you are visiting Saigon, this hotel is a top-tier choice for both comfort and service.
