Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Zimmergrösse, Sauberkeit, bequeme Betten und frische Blumenschmuck auf dem Tisch im Restaurant waren besonders schön. Die Frederikentherme war gut zu erreichen.Auf unsere Wünsche zum Eindecken des Tisches zum Geburtstag wurde höflich eingegangen.

Cons:

Leider gab es nur eine Zimmerkarte.

Im großen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt gut und ich kann mir vorstellen wieder zu kommen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut 👍. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Abendessen entsprach nicht meinen Vorstellungen. Nicht alle Gäste essen abends warm. Kartoffel nicht weich, Gemüse sehr grob und noch bissfest, Fisch teilweise voller Gräten und teilweise ziemlich kalt.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in angenehmer Umgebung
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit reichlicher Auswahl und Frische. Die Eier allerdings waren weit weg von wachsweich. Spiegelei konnte extra bestellt werden. Am Sonntag konnten wir ein Glas Sekt genießen.
Das Zimmer war modern und geräumig und hatte einen kleinen Balkonsitzplatz.
Im Badezimmer gab es viele Aufhängemöglichkeiten aber wenig Licht.

Cons:

Im 4Sterne Hotel stören mich Zahnputzbecher aus Plastik. Auch die Pflegeprodukte im Bad waren übersichtlich. Der schöne Vergrößerungsspiegel hat kaum Wirkung da die Beleuchtung zu dürftig ist.

Schöne Welllness-Auszeit. Kann man nochmal machen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch das Buffet am Abend war lecker. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Küche.

Cons:

Es wäre eine gute Idee, wenn an der Rezeption nicht nur Getränke, sondern auch Snacks (Chips, Nüsse, Schokoriegel etc.) verkauft würden.

Sante "Royal" hatte ich mir anders vorgestellt.
Pros:

Dem Wunsch nach einem "ruhigem" ZImmer wurde entsprochen. Danke schön.
Nutzung der Therme auch am Abreisetag voll umfänglich möglich. Super

Cons:

Das Abendessen und das Frühstück hätten wir uns besser gewünscht. Es gab Büfett mit 2 eher warmen Gerichten, die immer schnell "vergriffen" waren. Zum Frühstück gab es Kaffee aus der Kanne, stark und nicht heiss. Kaffeespezialitäten wurden nicht angeboten, wurden auf Nachfrage doch gebracht und mussten bezahlt werden.

Für Spa-Fans eine gute Wahl.
Pros:

Sehr bequeme Betten, gute Zimmergrösse, toller Bademantelgang, sehr gutes Housekeeping.

Cons:

Die Dusche war ok, aber nicht bodengleich, das Frühstück entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen.

Immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Alles ist sehr sauber, es gibt einen Lift in alle Etagen, die Zimmer und Bäder sind groß und sauber, das Essen ist hervorragend, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Therme ist mit einem Bademantelgang zu erreichen, die schönen Gärten ( Rosengarten, japanischer Garten…) sind alle zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen, eine schöne Altstadt

Cons:

Das Hotel hat leider keine Parkmöglichkeit. Der Parkplatz ist wenige Meter entfernt, man benötigt unbedingt Kleingeld

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer sauber, komfortabel eingerichtet und das Bad war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Man hat auf dem Balkon keine Privatsphäre, da es keine Abtrennung zu jedem einzelnen Zimmer gibt. Das Hotel verfügt über keinen eigenen Parkplatz.
