Pros:

El exterior del hotel y fachada principal junto al ambiente retro del lugar, camas cómodas, desayuno aceptable, personal amable.

Cons:

La habitación con muy poca aislación acústica, se escuchaba el ruido de las otras personas afuera del pasillo y en la terraza, iluminación deficiente de la habitación, TV solo funcionaba con aplicaciones de pago, y pie de ducha se movía bastante.

Buen lugar, mala atención del personal

Cercanía al metro. Buen desayuno. Habitación cómoda.

Cons:

El trato de la persona de recepción fue pésimo, y recién al momento de pagar nos indica que aceptan tarjetas de crédito pero sólo con una cuota, quitándome la máquina de pago de mis manos para cancelar la operación, cuando ya no teníamos opción de cancelar sin ser penalizados, por lo que no nos quedó otra que aceptar esa condición que ni siquiera estaba estipulada al momento de reservar.

I think the workers could have been a bit more helpful, I asked for a change in my room it was for two and i asked one for three, they said there was no availability, i had to had two double rooms only for three people, however when i get there one of my rooms was a triple with three beds which got me a little upset, but appart from that a nice stay
