If you want to sleep, stay somewhere else

The room faced a street full of bars and nightlife venues, where dozens of people were drinking and talking loudly until the early hours of the morning. The noise prevented us from resting until after 3 a.m.

However, the worst part was the hotel’s response. When we reported the problem, they simply told us that they could not control what was happening outside. When we insisted that we needed a solution so that we could sleep, they offered to move us to a quiet room, but only if we paid an additional €20 because it was a better room.

A hotel must guarantee minimum conditions for rest and, when it is unable to do so, it should offer a solution without passing the cost on to the guest. Should the hotel deny what is stated in this review, I can provide copies of the messages exchanged, which confirm the truth of what has been described.

Tertemiz bir tesis. Ulaşımı kolay. Merkeze yürüme ile 10 dk mesafe, seyri de yürümesi de güzel bir yol. Tek olumsuz yanı büyük cadde üzerinde olduğu için geceleri fazla bi araba gürültüsü geliyor. Diğer cephelerde bu gürültü olmayabilir. Personel çok sempatikti. Türk turistlere rahatlıkla tavsiye edebilirim çünkü tertemiz.

Sadece cadde gürültüsü olması. Ama diğer cephelerde olmayabilir. Uykunuz hafif değilse sorun da değil.

Una ottima sistemazione per una breve sosta a Bologna
Pros:

Stanza nuova e molto ben articolata.
L'intera struttura è realizzata in un palazzo di recentissima ristrutturazione.
Parti comuni belle ed accoglienti, con la possibilità di usufruire di una cucina completa (al piano), per una cena veloce o una colazione in un ambiente accogliente.

Cons:

Sebbene le giornate durante le quali abbiamo pernottato fossero caldissime e i locali fossero adeguatamente climatizzati (regolazioni autonome delle singole stanze molto precise), la temperatura nelle parti comuni risultava fin troppo bassa, con differenze con l'esterno importanti.
Avremmo preferito qualche grado in più, con un occhio ai consumi ed all'ambiente...

Un bon établissement où se reposer lorsque l’on veut visiter Bologne !

La situation géographique et le confort de la chambre. La possibilité de faire une lessive également.

Cons:

J’ai été surpris de l’accueil au check-in par le personnel qui était un peu froid alors que la personne avait été très aimable au téléphone.
