Small basic rooms, but clean. Smoke free. 15 minutes walk to town centre. Quite noisy road noise.
Pros:

Was able to access room an hour early. Lift onsite. Laundry facilities (self serve) available and detergent able to be purchased. Non smoking hotel. Clean room.

Cons:

Noisy overnight due to road noise. Very small room - pay extra for bigger room should you want to stay. A bit further out of main centre than expected. Had to walk at least two blocks for a decent cafe and about 4 blocks for a restaurant. About a 30 minute walk from the train station.

Nice enough but for the price of nearly £150 per night, I expected a better sleep
Pros:

Room was clean and nice. Staff were welcoming.

Cons:

The sound proofing of the room was terrible, street noises from nearby bars kept us awake nearly all night on a Thursday, I dread to think how loud it would be on a Saturday

Πολύ καλή εναλλακτική διαμονής και κοντά στο κέντρο.
Pros:

Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά κατά τη διαμονή μας. Μου άρεσε που υπήρχαν παροχές (π.χ. παντόφλες κ.λπ.), θα ήθελα να υπήρχε σίδερο ρούχων, το οποίο δεν βρήκα σε κανένα από τα 2 διαμερίσματα. Επίσης, η γειτονιά ήταν ήσυχη και σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο(περίπου 20'). Περπατούσες άνετα! Επίσης, το προσωπικό μέσω Whatsapp ήταν άμεσο, βοηθητικό και εξυπηρετικό σε όποιο αίτημα και αν είχαμε.

Cons:

Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μην μου άρεσε.

Super helpful staff and you can leave your luggage in a locker
Pros:

Rooms are very clean and include all the necessary amenities.
The staff are exceptionally nice.
I was able to leave my luggage overnight while I took a day trip in one of the lockers they have in the laundry room, which is a great service.

Cons:

The room in the back was nice and quiet, the one in the front you get a lot of noise from the café across the street even with the window closed.
In one room the air-conditioning always went on even when I turned it off and in the other one it seemed to be centrally controlled so that I could not turn it on when needed.

Cons:

Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy our stay. The room was facing the street and there was constant noise during the night from people partying and traffic and also the walls are super thin so we could hear all people from the other rooms and couldn’t sleep at all during the evening . I wouldn’t recommend for first time visiting Bologna, because even though it’s a 20 min walk to the main piazza, the neighborhood has a really different vibe than staying in the central part. The communication with the staff wasn’t that great either as 2 days before checking in they were really persistent on getting our IDs even though I explained we were traveling and would have the time the next day. We travel a lot in Italy and it’s the first bad review I leave, fortunately just stayed 1 night and need to say I wouldn’t recommend.
