Café da manhã poderia melhor um pouquinho, é o primeiro hotel que eu fico que não tem ovos mexidos, um ingrediente tão acessível e barato, deveria ter uma música ambiante para deixar o local agradável para os hóspedes.

Localização e preço ótimos, mas hotel carece de manutenção e sinal de wifi de boa qualidade.

Excelente localização. Custo benefício, vale a pena.

Cons:

Wifi sofrível durante todo o tempo.
Chuveiro esquentava muito e não havia como reduzir. A impressão é que a água quente vinha direta e não tinha como ´temperar´ com água fria.
No último dia o depósito de descarga do vaso sanitário não enchia mais de água para nova descarga.
Ao ligar a luz do banheiro, o barulho do exaustor era exagerado.
O controle remoto da tv não estava funcionando. Tive que fazer os comandos (ligar/desligar e troca de canais e volume) direto no aparelho de TV.

HOUVE UM INCÊNDIO NO HOTEL NA MADRUGADA DO DIA 06/07/2026 NO SEGUNDO ANDAR , MESMO ANDAR QUE EU ESTAVA HOSPEDADO, GRAÇAS AOS GRITOS DESESPERADOS DE ALGUMAS PESSOAS EU ME ACORDEI E SAI CORRENDO EM MEIO A FUMAÇA , O ALARME DE INCÊNDIO NÃO TOCOU.
ATÉ O DIA DE HJ 01/08/2026 , O HOTEL NÃO RESOLVEU A SITUAÇÃO AINDA DE REEMBOLSO COM VALORES EXTRAS QUE TIVE NESSA VIAGEM , FOI APENAS 01 CONTATO E NADA MAIS.
E INCLUSIVE PARA MINHA SURPRESA , HJ ELES FIZERAM O CANCELAMENTO DA MINHA RESERVA NO BOOKING.COM DA ESTADIA NA QUAL OCORREU O INCÊNDIO, DO DIA 05/07/26 ATÉ 07/07/26 , PQ CANCELARAM ??

PS: O INCÊNDIO FOI CRIMINOSO, CONFORME JA APURADO PELA POLÍCIA , A ÚNICA COISA QUE EU QUERO É SER REEMBOLSADO COM OS VALORES QUE TIVE QUE GASTAR A MAIS , NENHUM VALOR A MAIS , SOMENTE O QUE EU GASTEI E JÁ ENVIEI AS NOTAS FISCAIS PARA A PROPRIETÁRIA DO HOTEL E ATÉ AGORA NADA RESOLVIDO.
