Fantastic and spacious modern hotel room
Pros:

The hotel room was excellent- a really good size with modern decor and a large bathroom, quality toiletries and a large TV. The proximity to the supermarket and various options for dining only a short walk away was incredibly handy given that we did not have a car. Breakfast in the green room was tasty and reasonably priced. Reception staff were all friendly and helpful. The heated indoor pool was also very relaxing.

Cons:

The pillows were not very comfortable.

Style of room bright light from bathroom to bedroom, exhaust fan did not work towels where old quiet thin ,mould around bottom if shower screen properly why they use dark colouring not as noticeable , only has 1 trolley which they could not find had to make numerous trips to car

There was only 2 black teabags and 2 tiny longer milks for us to have refreshments with.1 chamomile and one peppermint tea bag (do not drink either) is not sufficient for a couple to relax with. House keeping need to be made aware.

Always a pleasant stay with friendly staff and good amenities
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Bathroom was well-appointed and all fixtures easy to use/access and in good working condition - and with a couple hooks for hanging your clothes which always seem to be lacking in hotels! Has good storage and overall was in good condition. Love the automatic late checkout time of 11am. Place to put your luggage for easy access, which I note is not always provided in modern hotels for some reason, and conveniently right beside the wardrobe.

This time I got to use the pool which I have never managed previously. While was very nice, you have to access through the front doors of the hotel, which seems a bit awkward, and while the pool is heated and undercover, it is still 'outside' the hotel. The walk to and from can be a bit exposed. Also seems a bit weird going in the front doors and through the main lobby in my dripping swimwear.

Cons:

While there was a jug for boiling water and a fridge, there were no tea or coffee provided. And while I might have remembered to bring a teabag as I usually do, there was no cutlery or tea cups. Only wine glasses and drinking glasses. Also given the overall colour of the walls, cupboards and carper (predominently dark colours) it made it difficult to see things if you dropped something dark (like my comb!).
