Pros:

There was a lady that helped me with my coffee and despite the other lady that gave a bad review about waiting so long for her coffee and actually thought she was very nice to assist me with the coffee because one can see the machine says it needs cleaning. I just want to let that lady know that she was great and all staff at Trendenham boutique hotel for the personal touch they out to hospitality. I am not an expert but I have slept at a lot of places that doesnt come close to what you offered at trendenham remember just to not as I think the lady afterwards thought it was me that wrote the review as she became a bit cold towards me. People will be people just dont lose your humanity and kindness. Not body has the power to steal that from you.

Pros:

The property is in a safe estate. It is aesthetically pleasing and very clean.

Cons:

There was not heating beyond the aircon. Bloemfontein gets very cold in winter, I was in the presidential suite which is quite a large room and without even electric blankets, this can get uncomfortable.

Comfortable room with a lovely restaurant in peaceful and pretty surroundings
Pros:

Set in a secure estate with lovely big rooms and fantastic staff. The meals in the restaurant were delicious. We only stayed for the one night as a stopover on our way to Cape Town. We had a very enjoyable experience, can’t fault anything at all. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Great location and comfortable stay
Pros:

The location is great, staff very friendly helpful and welcoming, the rooms are the biggest I have ever seen and have all the amenities and big and comfortable beds. In winter it gets very cold but the hotel is prepared for this and have various means of keeping room warm

Great little boutique hotel
Pros:

Just off the N1 in a safe and secure estate. Lovely room with comfy bed and beautiful bathroom. Friendly staff and nice little reataurant
