I wouldn’t stay there again .
Pros:

Very good location a block from the 5th avenue , pool view is amazing .

Cons:

No smoking area in the pool rooftop or anywhere in the hotel .
The hotel is located between two very loud bars that you can hear until 2am .
They take an insane credit card deposit that is 1000mx per day you stay and you only find out about it when you check in and they do t release it even 3 days after checking out.

The rooftop pool and hot tub at the Fives is fabulous.
Pros:

We loved the rooftop pool and hot tub!! It made the stay great. The staff was really nice and professional. The bar drinks and food were very good. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchenette would be great for longer stays. Our included breakfast was a very large and plentiful buffet. Lots of variety.

Cons:

The rooms were listed as having a balcony, but in reality they did not. I think the rooms listed on Bookings with a terrace would give you an actual balcony.
