The hotel is located right in the bustling Shinsekai area. There are many shops, especially tempura shops, around. Although the room is a bit small, I think it's worth the price.
Staff at the front desk were very helpful. Gave us good tips for taking the metro/train to the airport
Taking out of the trash from the rooms was not very frequent, and also was confusing on how to explicitly ask for it. (Which wasn't the case in other KOKO hotels)

The staff were especially helpful and efficient. The room was small, as is to be expected in a lower-priced Japanese hotel, but was comfortable, well set out, and very clean. While the hotel is at the edge of the very touristy Shinsekai region, it was quiet in my room on the 8th floor. The breakfast buffet was generous and had many options. I particularly wish to thank the staff member who works in the breakfast buffet. She was very helpful and kind.
The hotel is also convenient not only for Shinsekai (which is a fun place) but also is very close to both Metro and JR Line railway stations, which makes it a convenient base to see many parts of Osaka after a short rail trip.

Food, location and staff was very satisfying. We started for three days and was a good stay. Staff was very kind and breakfast was good too with different veriety each day.
