The atmosphere was lovely, and everything was super clean! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is great, within walking distance of both the main train station and the city center. There was also a nice selection of options on the breakfast menu. Overall, a really pleasant place to stay!
Our room was tucked under the roof and had a small skylight, which looked lovely and gave the room a really cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, it rained heavily during our stay, and due to the design of the window, the rain made a very loud noise throughout the night, making it quite difficult to sleep. It was a shame, as the room itself was really charming!
Charmigt hotell med jättebra läge nära tågstationen samt centrala Amsterdam. Stort fint rum, välstädat. Bra frukost med både buffe och a la carte alternativ. Trevlig personal som hjälpte till och gav tips på både restauranger och utflykter. Min sambo fick till och med en present på sin födelsedag. Åker vi till Amsterdam igen så återkommer vi gärna.

Main receptionist was unfriendly, bordering hostile. There had been a data breach a couple of months before I came and the hotel was very indifferent about the theft of my personal data.
O hotel é muito charmoso. Decoração fantástica e tudo muito limpo. Localização perfeita. Opcoes sem lactose e variedade de itens no café da manhã.
O isolamento acústico é ruim. Meu vizinho de cima andava/pulava e batia muito a porta, impossível dormir na segunda noite com tanto barulho.
O café da manhã era mt bom, exceto o salmão q estava pra lá de salgado, além do normal. A qualidade deste item em especial era duvidosa.

The room was beautiful and spacious, and extremely comfortable. The location worked very well, being close to the central train station and to the centre of the city - we could easily walk around. The hotel is stylish and quirky.
Loved everything about the hotel, it felt friendly, homely and extremely welcoming, the attention to detail was excellent. Staff were lovely, helpful and attentive, we were all given welcome drink vouchers on arrival, everything we needed in the room including gorgeous toiletries, complementary tea and coffee in Lobby and the breakfast was beautiful, lots to choose from! Plus 10 minutes walk from central station, I will absolutley return, not something I say often.
