Remek szállás Füssenben.
Pros:

A modern szálloda pár perc sétára található a belvárostól. A személyzet kedves segítőkész. A szoba rendben volt. Finom, választékos reggelit kaptunk.

Pros:

Ruime en nette kamers. Ook goede voorzieningen in het hotel. Ondergrondse parkeergarage, fitnessruimte, sauna en een uitgebreid ontbijt. Ook het diner in het hotel is een aanrader. Het is een paar minuten lopen naar het centrum van Füssen.

Ein großes Plus für die Unterkunft aber ein Ungenügend für Teile des Personals....Sehr schade.

'Unserer Familie hat das Hotel gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung und Größe der Zimmer war sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider hat uns die Art und Weise des Personals nicht zugesagt.
Da wir aus Italien anreisten wussten wir nicht, wann genau wir im Hotel sein würden. Als wir um 14:30 Uhr eintrafen, wurde uns demonstrativ und nicht sehr freundlich gesagt, dass wir vor 15:00 Uhr nicht einchecken könnten.
Die teils jungen Damen an der Rezeption haben sich ganz offen über uns, wir sind Amerikaner, und unsere Aussprache lustig gemacht. Als wir fragten ob sie englisch sprechen, wurde dies verneint. Als ich dann mit meinem amerikanischen Akzent deutsch mit ihnen sprach, bekam ich die Antwort: "dann sprechen wir lieber Englisch" und lachten wieder und tuschellten in einer Tour.
Hier wäre es vorteilhaft wenn man diesem Personal mal klarmacht, dass wir zahlende Gäste sind, ein gewisses Maß an
Höflichkeit keine Schande ist und ihnen gut stehen würde.
