Pros:

Draugiškas personalas, švaru, nauji baldai, numeris buvo nedidelis, bet jaukus, buvo viskas, ko prireiktų. Ypatingai nuostabu įspūdį paliko restoranas. Vakarienė buvo pasakiška, juo labiau, kad viešbutis pateikė 20 procentų nuolaidą. Pusryčiai taipgi buvo visai neblogi.Gana nemažai keliaujame po Europą ir tokio lygio aptarnavimą sutinkame ne labai dažnai. Vertinčiau šita įstaigą, kaip vieną iš geriausių keturių žvaigždučių viešbučių.

Keine Reservierung eines Tiefgaragenplatzes möglich.
So standen wir ohne Platz mit besonderem Fahrzeug da.
Provozierender Mitarbeiterspruch:
"Bei uns gilt FIRST COME - FIRST SERVE."
Frühstück richtig schlecht - Preis 14,50Eur.

Für einen Parkplatz auf der Straße 9.00Eur - gleicher Preis wie für den Garagenplatz, den wir nicht bekommen haben.

Das Küchenpersonal hat versehentlich den Feueralarm ausgelöst - 20min. laute Sirene und Evakuierung, bis Feuerwehr und Polizei entwarnten.

Alles in allem mangelhaft und weit von 4 Sternen entfernt.

Limpeza precária, funcionários mal humorados.

O Restaurante é muito bom.

Cons:

Limpeza, aliás não tem limpeza. Os lenços estavam sujos, com manchas de sangue. Foi necessário praticamente implorar para limparem o quarto, e quando foram, o que já eram 18h, não levaram nem 5 minutos. Apenas trocam as toalhas e passam um pano úmido no meio do quarto, e foi assim em todos os dias de nossa hospedagem.
Funcionários muito mal humorados e ríspidos, principalmente quando era solicitado algum serviço, salvo o garçom espanhol do restaurante e a recepcionista da noite.
No final do dia fui até o bar solicitar gelo, e o funcionário que lá estava mal nos respondeu e ainda reclamou quando pedi para o gelo ser colocado em uma geleira.
No dia seguinte solicitei um prato com garfo e faca para comer uma maçã, foi uma dificuldade para eles fornecerem.
Ficamos bem decepcionados com o hotel.
