The Best Hotel Ever( pisa Hotel) 💫
Pros:

Good hospitality and good service starting from reception to the owner of the hotel , especially the owner we felt that stayed at home , i want to say thank you all especially those names ( Umit, Araz, Kamal) , if i want to visit turkey another time i will return back to the same hotel, Best regards Himdad Othman

The location of the hotel is great and the room was really comfortable. The staff were also nice and professional especially one certain guy at the reception. He was super friendly and respectful. Once he offered us hazelnuts.
It was a very comfortable stay :)

Отель расположен на тихой улице. Рядом находится мечеть, и ночью слышен азан, что больше помогает почувствовать атмосферу города.
От отеля пешая доступность к трамваю, метро, и если еще пройти побольше, то и до мармарая дойти можно, что очень удобно.
Отель небольшой, но комфортный и чистый. Персонал приветливый, отзывчивый, помогут во всех вопросах.
Полотенца меняли каждый день. Завтрак стандартный. Фотографии номера соответствовуют действительности.
Нам понравилось проживание. Еще вернемся.

Cons:

Узкая душевая кабина. При выходе из нее обязательно положите на пол полотенце для ног, чтобы не подскользнуться. Травмы никому не нужны :)

This hotel was very clean the location is excellent near metro and shopping restaurants iv been to Istanbul several times and this hotel is the best value for money amd the cleanest iv stayed in the staff is amazing we genuinely dident have to carry a bag iv stay in 5* usually and have not came across as good as service as this is Istanbul so I would definitely recommend travelling from England

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und aufmerksamem Personal. Besonders bedanken möchte ich mich bei Hasan-Dmitriy. Seine Professionalität, Hilfsbereitschaft und herzliche Art machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem. Er behandelt jeden Gast mit großem Respekt und echter Wertschätzung. Besonders beeindruckend ist, dass er vier Sprachen spricht und dadurch mit internationalen Gästen mühelos und professionell kommunizieren kann. Solche Mitarbeiter sind selten und eine echte Bereicherung für das Hotel. Vielen Dank für den ausgezeichneten Service!
