Bad cleaning, good location
Pros:

The location is very good and central so that's the only good part.

Cons:

Unfortunately this was the dirtiest accomodation I have ever seen, dust and filth everywhere in the room, even on the table and furniture. The walls are extremely thin so you will hear everything your neighbors are up to and the bed was rock hard so it wasn't easy sleeping there even with earplugs.

Были плохо убраны апартаменты: остались вещи прошлых жильцов. На кроватях вместо матрасов были куски диванов очень жёсткие. Неисправная лейка душа. Также было указано, что смена полотенец происходит раз в 2 дня, но новых полотенец нам не принесли. Не было персонала на ресепшене. Лампа в номере была неисправна, а также были сломанные розетки, и в некоторых местах вместо них были просто дыры.

Отличное проживание при небольшом бюджете
Pros:

Мне дали чистый просторный номер на втором этаже. Было очень тихо - историческое здание, качественные перегородки, окна в большой внутренний двор. Кроме того по факту две двери - одна из общего коридора, вторая из маленькой прихожей внутри номера. Набор чистых полотенец, чистое бельё. Рядом чистая кухня со всем необходимым, которой я пользовалась практически одна. Обслуживание персонала выше всяких похвал - учитывая мою ситуацию с ногами, мне помогли с доставкой багажа к номеру, а при выселении помогли спустить по лестнице. И вообще - во всем большая вежливость, культура и предупредительность. Местополоение - просто супер. Центр города, рядом трамваи , напротив супермаркет, кафе и рестораны. Я в полном восторге от моего пребывания в этом отеле. В том числе от соотношения цена - качество.

По мне так все было отлично, тем более за такой бюждет

La ubicación esta bien, tiene cafeterias y bares cerca y el acceso es fácil.

Pros:

Se llega caminando desde la estación de autobuses, y está cerca del centro de la ciudad. Es un lugar tranquilo y la habitación con baño privado fue un espacio cómodo, había luz natural en la habitación.

Cons:

Las almohadas de las camas no era tan buenas, pero igual logramos dormir.

Pros:

I have to extend my gratitude and compliments to the hotel’s administrator Revita. Long story short - I had booked my accommodation for the right dates but for the wrong year (a year ahead. Yeah, I know :) Revita, with friendly and no-trouble attitude, solved the problem and accommodated me nonetheless. I appreciate and thank her for her attitude to her clients.

Alt resterende. Der var intet varm vand, da vi kom, og håndklæderne var urene og lugtede fælt.
Der var hverken karklude eller viskestykker i køkkenet, så vi måtte bruge toiletpapir til at tørre service af med. Vi kunne ikke lokalisere receptionen og skrev til dem via mail undervejs for at stille spørgsmål, men de mails blev aldrig besvaret. Sengen var slidt, gammel og dybest set bare fjedre med et lagen. Den burde ikke bruges som seng på et hotelværelse. Alt i alt dårlig oplevelse.

It was good, proper value for money.
Pros:

There was no breakfast at the hotel. Location is amazing cause everything is quite close so can buy different things. Everything is close to the hotel, especially if you like riding the scooters. Making all easier.

Also huge thanks for the lady at reception. She helped me with so many important details.

Would be beneficial if there was a smaller fridge or something like that to keep food or drinks inside.

Cons:

Really it is great value for money. What you pay you get. Only two things that could be better are soundproofing. I heard steps and any higher voices from neighbors.

And second more important thing, should put a shower head on. This way there is one at the top that can’t be moved. So in the bath have to turn around in circles to get s good shower.

Other than that, all was great.

Baisus tamsus kambarys, kuriuo net nebuvo nuotraukose. Kambaryje nebuvo televizoriaus. Nuo pagalvių sklido nemalonus kvapas.
