Pros:

部屋が広くて快適に過ごせました。
空港までのシャトルバスが有ったので良かった！

Cons:

モーニングの説明がなかったのと売店を充実して欲しい。
隣が工事をしていたので景観がイマイチでした。

The check-in host said we were getting an upgrade to our room, but I didn’t see an upgrade!
Cons:

Due to a departure from the hotel before 4:30 am, we did not get breakfast! For early travelers a grab and go bag would have been great with breakfast items.

Overall, it was a very nice place, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Pros:

We left too early for breakfast.

Cons:

Two things I didn’t care for. The showerhead needs replaced. It was not functioning to its potential.
The second thing was there was not enough lighting and there was no nightlight. If I was to be a little picky, I also thought it would’ve been nice to have a skywalk to the hotel.

it was ok for a layover stay
Pros:

I was unsure in the during check in there was only 1 person and a long line of people to checkin. the day staff were very helpful with getting a car for the day.

Cons:

the shuttle services had long wait from airport over 30 minutes when we arrived. the long wait to checked in once we arrived at the hotel. Also it wopould have been nice to get information regarding the street construction in front of the hotel. Before hand it made it difficult to enter for someone with limited mobility.
